How do you workout?
This morning: Woke up and had a glass of water, cup of coffee and went on a power walk with 10 pounds strapped to each leg. Walked up and down some steep roads and hills. Got home and made a veggie cocktail of freshly juiced carrots, spinach and celery. And your right it doesn't taste nice but then I chased it down with a protein shake. Going to attack some weights in a bit, I'll let you know how that goes.

And then I attacked my shoulders. I lifted free weights of all kinds in all sorts of directions. I never get a good shoulder work out but today I did. Tomorrow, more walking and the chest!

Hardcore dude... especially the celery!
When I am in the UK I do a muscle workout at the gym and Mountain Bike with a club on the weekend for Cardio. In Canada at the moment I have some free weights which I use. I am going traveling again at the weekend for six months to Asia so it will be back to bodyweight exercises again.. Boo!
I usually lose half a stone in weight over 6 months travelling... keeping muscle on for me is a beeatch at the best of times.

My plan in terms of muscles is build as much as possible before the summer the cardio, cardio and cardio.
Today I worked on my chest. Especially my upper chest. I got to get it to catch up to my arms. My triceps got huge which is good but my biceps aren't easy to build. My brother-in-law told me to work the muscles even when their sore. I don't go too crazy on them the next day, I change up the exercise and I'm getting results. I did this new one I never tried on my shoulders, can't remember what its called. Its like performing an upper cut punch with some weight in your hands. Pretty awesome!
And I forgot to mention, veggie cocktail right after the power walk. Tomorrow no power walk and just a little chest, biceps and triceps since I have to work tomorrow night.

Do you gain muscle easily or do you pack on the protein after a muscle workout? I have to eat like a horse to build up, porridge in the morning and chocolate milkshake and tuna after a workout works best for me. yum.

Today all cardio! I wasn't going to do any major cardio but since I can't do my power walk due to harsh weather conditions such as icy sidewalks, I went crazy here at home. And while doing it I watch TF Prime. Efficient aren't I? EDIT: Oh yeah, I did my cardio before breakfast. I've researched and found that this will make the body use it's fat reserves. Then I drink a veggie cocktail and have some breakfast to get my metabolism going. And cause I'm hungry too.

And anyways....
So I have my first injury! My bad keen started acting up after a power walk. Nothing bad but considering I'm moving in a week I'm going to have to go easy on it.

OK OK........I'm sorry. I'm going in the opposite direction. I'm try to get fat,really.I'm up to 165lbs in a 6' 2" frame. Not easy for me to put on weight. Was really active till about 25yrs. I want to be ohhhhhhh about 200lbs....

Your trying to get fat? Or are you trying to put on size?
Are you eating a lot of protein? Any weights involved?
