Today's 4 for 4 actually comes from one of the UK Marvel comics where Brawn got a bit of an electrical shock and turned on his fellow Autobots, then getting into a long drawn out battle with none other than the Decepticon Starscream. In either continuity, who do you think would win though?
*The first in the "FIGHT!" series, these will not always be between the same series to keep things interesting. Today's however was inspired by an old UK G1 comic battle,

Well, Brawn is strong, but like in our other discussion, strength isn't enough when fighting Starscream because he rules the air. If brawn some how got Starscream grounded I might give him a running chance as Starscream would be unable to get away from his, but if Starscream is in the air, he just has to strafe Brawn to death. Brawn would eventually loose, no matter how small and scrappy he is.

Brawn can take a lot of punishment.
"His endurance and resistance to artillery fire are among the highest of the Autobots."
Against Starscream's cluster bombs, he might have a chance depending on how close they come into contact with him to a direct hit and how many of those cluster bombs Starscream can carry. And also, depending on the type of cluster bomb. Starscream's tech spec says they can level an area of 10,000 square feet. So it sounds like the bomb separates into several different and smaller bombs. Sounds like Brawn could have a chance at surviving a few of Starscream's bombing runs.
But Brawn's biggest problem when dealing with Starscream isn't just Starscream's speed in the air, it's also Starscream's nuller ray. Brawn weakness is that "As the Autobot with perhaps the least sophisticated circuitry-most of his components focus on his strength-Brawn is very vulnerable to attack by electromagnetic and other types of waves."
And Starscream's nuller ray... "His null-ray rifle can interrupt the flow of electricity in any circuitry it hits for periods of up to two minutes, effectively preventing the operation of many machines dependent on those circuits during that period."
In my opinion, Brawn will lose once Starscream gets him with that. Even on the ground, if Starscream's twin arm canons both disrepute his nuller ray, Brawn is in trouble.
Brawn has his work cut for him since he has to some how ground Starscream and then disable his weapons. In a hand to hand match, Brawn hands down. And I forgot, Brawn isn't a threat in the firepower department. With a tech spec rating of 1, I guess Brawn figures he can get away with a standard blaster since he is the second strongest of the first group of Autobots on earth.

These two have such different approaches to battle, it would be a very interesting and intense fight to watch. In the end, I'd place my money on Brawn. I know he's smaller and lacks the awesome firepower Starscream is packing, but Brawn's limited size could aid him in avoiding most of the weaponry Starscream would be using. After several minutes of frustration, Starscream's focus would wander and Brawn would leap into action. One solid grip on 'Screamer's head, and da' Green Guy rips it from his body. Match over.

I have to disagree that Starscream's weapons couldn't hit Brawn. Considering Starscream's cluster bombs seperate into smaller bombs and can level an area 10,000 feet square then he can hit Brawn. But of course Brawn can properly take the punishment as its not a direct hit from a heavy missile and Brawn's endurance and resistance to artillery fire are among the highest of the Autobots.
Just got the IDW issue where Brawn gets a hold of Starscream and rips him a new one.
