Indelible transformed and landed at the cave with the others, before going in with max convoy he reached out to a piece of the burnt, twisted metal and snapped it off. The piece came away easily, clearly weakened by the damage.
"Maybe we could use this later.. Analyse it, see if it was dark energon that was used? With past encounters it shouldn't be too difficult to traceit's properties no matter how burnt and twisted..", reported the bot to Convoy as he followed behind.

Paraphus hesitated for a moment, counting his fingers as he thought about the decision. Then turned around and mirrored Retroblazer. He watched after the others for a while, glaced at Retroblazer and then looked toward the entrance. Firearm at the ready and hoping for the best.

As the Raiders moved deeper into the cave, the long, hollowed out tunnel turned out to be huge. Despite the darkness, it was clear that the ceiling of the tunnel could easily allow even a Titan sized Transformer to walk freely about. If it were not for the bumpy surface and the tall obstruction that sometimes got in the way, the cave would of made a very good shelter or even bunker. After sometime passed, the Raiders began to pick up energy readings. Weak and scattered about the cave. No signs of Emptys or any life forms could be seen, however the energy was there. Max Convoy ordered his team onwards, and told them to keep an eye out for any energy spikes. Soon, Quickshot begin ahead of the group, began to spot lights ahead of the group. (Onix: You called Quickshot Onix, so I simply edited it  ) |

Retroblazer gripped his rifle a little tighter as the readings from the cave were relayed back to him, and said a silent prayer to Primus, in the hope that he would protect his comrades against what lay ahead. He tapped his comm and it sparked into life with a burst of static, and connected to Max.
"Everything alright down there, sir? What's your status?"

Before Max Convoy could reply, a far off cry was heard....
"Help....... meeeeeee........"
"Raiders! Move in and find who ever that is. It could be our lost Autobot. And be alert to traps!"
The cries for help didn't get any louder, but they continued. Deeper in to the cave the moans of pain could be heard just slightly echoing off the walls. Who ever it was, they were in a world of hurt and in the darkest part the cave had revealed so far.

Indelible whipped out his Neutron assault rifle in case it was some sort of trap,
"Look lively! Maybe we should split up and scatter out? Keep in contact though..." replied the bot and began sweeping the area with his rifle trying to find the source of the moans..

As the Raiders pressed on, deeper inside the dark passage way, the source of the moans was revealed -
- Scrounge. The lost Autobot who had escaped the Decepticon now laid there in front of them. Low on energy and wounded from abuse.
"There! Raiders secure the area. Someone get him some energon. As soon as he's stable, we move out back to HQ."
