Nice list, you from the UK by any chance? I used to love the Garbage Pail Kids cards though. Given my first name I would've been Graffiti Petey.

No, actually, I'm from Australia.
I still have some garbage pail kids cards, not nearly as many as I had at one stage; it was really exciting when you got one with the third alternate name that wasn't on the checklist!
Only saw a few series' actually though; my main supplier opened a packet and were disgusted by the contents and removed them from sale.
Looks like UK and Australia had very similar toy lines, I think our toys were filtered through your QA and standards back then, still might for all I know!
NB: I just finished watching Cities of Gold, I'd seen it as a kid, but forgot the ending ahahahhahaa great show!

I love Mysterious Cities Of Gold, it's my favourite cartoon ever - period, Even more than Transformers i have to admit. And it's finally available on DVD here in Pommy land next month as well!

Yeah, I really enjoyed Cities of Gold too.....Something happened to that didn't it? Like the original film got burned and they had to merge audio and video in some alternate fashion.
I'm guessing you probably watched Monkey as well!
It might also be that we are similar ages, I'm born in 1980, there certainly must be an overlap between the toys considering there is but 4 years difference.

Remembered I had this little F1 lego car as a kid, took a bit of finding on google images: Will never come close to the space set I had though: I loved that set, the blue lego, the space symbols, played with that set so much as a kid.

I had a small space lego base. Loved the moon surface that came with the set.

Found this video of the lego space set I had!:
1986, so I would've been 10 years old. This brough back so many memories, from the yellow" wiindow" blocks to the little blocks with the arrow stickers and the red round dish blocks. Get emphasize how much I loved this set as a kid!
