It wouldn't be weirder then the super large weapons they hold disappearing when they interact with a control device of some sort. I think the PS2 Armada game had shoulder weapons, if I remember correctly that is. I sure don't think the 2nd weapon fired from the blaster they were holding. The Plasma gun works well against tank-bots, when you have to get behind them and blast the weak part of their armory. Not so much the big bosses since they move around a lot. I pretty much dig all the grenades, I don't really use the healing ones. But the EMP is great for freezing a robot so you can blast them. And the other ones that follow an enemy are great. I use those in Excalation. Line them up and the bad guys get smacked before they enter my area! The melee attack I didn't like too much at first. I wanted more combat moves but considering how well it works and the satisfaction you recieve when you clobber a enemy is awesome.

I meant weird to aim, not weird visually.
I don't like the melee. The animation is too big and it is too easy to miss due to its over-animation.

Hmm, I'll have to play the Armada game again as I can't remember how they activated their second weapons.
And finally, my online skills are growing!

I got them all to level 10 and haven't played it since. I got a few new games, well, new older games, and I've been playing them. Just haven't had a hankering for multiplayer.

I'll do that tonight then. Unsurprisingly I'm leangreen76 on there for anyone with a PS3. Still waiting for War For Cybertron to arrive... (I'll need plenty of practice first!)

Naah, just go in and have fun, like me!
I find I'm good with the leader characters. I prefer the scouts but they don't last too well against enemy firepower it seems. Yeah I need to be faster but I'm happy with how fast the respawning takes.

psh, I get at least 2 7 kill streaks in a match with the scout. Mean little buggers.

I finally got my copy today! I had to re-contact the seller after a stupidly long 9 day wait on what was to be a 3 - 5 day delivery originally.
Still getting used to it, although it is a very very fun game so far, and I'm finding it hugely addictive.

You were busy in the Escalation area, it was too busy for me to join.

Thanks for the many heals. I'm getting used to it, but I still need a LOT more practice.

That was crazy fun last night!
Yeah you did a lot better when you became Air Raid. Escalation seems to come down to hit and run tactics after a while and a flyer comes in handy for that.
Maybe you should try Bumble Bee. I like him cause he's fast, small so hard to hit (in theory) and he has the dash and energon blast that knocks everything near you for a loop. I would customize Jazz like that if I could in Escalation. I find Jazz really easy to use for some reason... must be a psychological thing.
Then there's Sideswipe. Same as Bumble Bee except his size though not that much bigger and his whirl wind melee attack.
