Basically the way BB and Hoist posted for the three basic training exercises is good. I liked how you summed yours up. Now for the individual training that I have set up with Alpha Trion alone with each trainee you may post your character as you would.

TFF always gets slow around this time of year for everyone. This time around I'm swamped with stuff to do. We'll get things in motion very soon. I suggest a dose of Lord of the Rings or Game of Thrones to get the creative juices flowing again!
