From Hawk's other arm, a shield transformed out. "Your friend is noble yet foolish! We don't leave our comrades behind! Now move him!" Shouted Hawk to S-616. As the blasts began to come from the guard, Hawk did his best to deflect the shots and avoid the Sharkticons, who were now in a frenzied panic when the shooting began.
G357 waved his friend over frantically. "Come on, no time!"

T-474 tossed S97 his chained pickaxe. It left him only with his acid pellets and agility, but it had been working for him so far.
"Move quick, and do not stop unless there is no other option."
T-474 fired a burst of acid pellets into another Sharkticon's face, and dodged the beasts whenever he had to, keeping right behind S97 as she led the way.

S-616 let go of H865, guiding him to G367. He then bent down and lifted N33 to his feet, putting the other mech's arm over his shoulders.
"I'm agreeing with the new guy. Not leaving you to die in here when there is a chance for us to escape. Just try and keep those Sharkticons off our backs." He grunted as he started macking his way towards the vent.

H865 had managed to fight off the Sharkticon that had tore out a chunk of his torso. He had dug his left fist in to the monster's remaining left eye as deep as he could. This savage move had caused the Sharkticon so much pain that it ran away as the wound was too much for it too bear. When S-616 came to his aid, he was thankful but he was still strong enough to carry his own weight, despite how much fuel he was losing.
The tough robot saw G357 up ahead. "A most cunning plan you and your sword welding comrade have composed." H865 commented to G357.
"Not exactly, but hurry up and I'll explain my part!" Replied G357.
S97 took T-474's weapon and made good with it. She swung it around and kept the Sharkticon away from her and the others. This gave time for S-616 to carry N33 through the hatch that G357 had opened. H865 then guided L926-1 in along with T-474 and S97. H865 then looked at Hawk. "Now stranger! Lets make good on our escape!"
Hawk was deflecting back as many radiation blasts as he could as they forced him backwards. He heard H865's call to run and with a back flip at a moment when the rain of energy bursts were low, Hawk landed next to the hatch way and jumped through. H865 closed the door shut just as radiation blasts pelted it.
"That was perilous indeed, now that we are away from danger let us be on our way from here, aye?"
H865 turned to see something he was not expecting. The new comer Hawk had the edge of his blade up against G357's neck. Hawk spoke, "Just so we are sure, who are you and how is it you came to be here?"
S97 spoke first. "Don't be stupid! That's out friend G357. Clearly he's with us as our friends here had planned the rescue as such."
"Well, not exactly." G357 said. "I had known about these tunnels and I knew this would be the best way to save our friends since they were bound for the Sharkticon pit. However none of the others had wanted to listen to me and none followed when I set out to see if I could access this area. Here they control the liquid levels of the pit and clean it if need be. My plan was to drain the liquid and open the hatch giving H865 and S97 a chance to escape. But I could not get the hatch open in time, it was too heavy for me."
"And so if I hadn't come along when I did, your friends may have ended up dead before you could finish your escape plan." Hawk added.
"Aye, and I had not known the rest had been captured as well."
H865 then spoke, "G865, we owe you our lives. Perhaps we have been too hard on you, not as foolish as we have always treated you."
"However the praise can wait." Hawk put in as he put away his sword. "Now it is time to finish this. Slave lead us the way out of this damned place and I shall make good on your attempt at freedom."
"They called me G357." Added the little slave as he was annoyed at being called a slave.
"They will not call you that for long." Replied Hawk. Who then raised his arm to suggest that G357 take the lead.
As the little slave and the new comer began to walk, H865 looked to the others. "Hawk is what they call him? A slave with a name?"
"Yes." Answered S97 as she looked and fussed over L926-1. "And you and N33 need to get your wound attended to if you wish to ask this Hawk as to why he believes he's worthy of such a thing like a name."

T-474 was glad to be out of the pit, and he was glad to see the kid, even though he would never admit it.
"Thanks for the assist, but perhaps next time you articulate your plan, instead of just insisting we follow you. You had plenty of opportunity, kid."

L926-1 had been laid back on his skid-plates, L926-1 was disgusted by the cannibalistic nature of the brutal Sharkticons, for they showed no remorse for their fallen, no empathy, no spark - only greed. As he crawled back he saw the Shartkticons lining up and his friends making a run for it, only for some of the slaves to be butchered as they were tried to scramble up the walls, fried by their tormentor's heavily powered weapons. He wasn't sure where some of his slave comrades were headed but this - newcomer, seemed to be helping them.
As L926-1 tried to stagger up as H865 reached him and l;ed him through into a hatch into a tunnel system and listened to the others as they were led through by the one called Hawk and G357. They hadn't gotten far when S97 was already beginning to fuss over him "I'll be fine! It's you I'm worried about."

S-616 looked around all of the slaves gathered in the service tunnel.
"We should move before tending to the wounded. It won't be long before the Bailiffs come down to see what happened to us."
Keeping N33's arm around his shoulder, S-616 turned to Hawk.
"Who exactly are you? Why did you choose to help us, why not come forward sooner? And why do you have a name?" He asked.

N33 hobbled with S-616 into the hatch, collapsing onto his skid-plate and clutching his ruined knee. He smiled as he saw G357 defending himself against the newcomer, unsurprised by his stiffness around the newcomer. He spoke, through gritted teeth, to Hawk, looking the armed slave up and- due to his position- further up. "You are something of an enigma, my friend. But perhaps S-616- akh- these questions are best asked when there is not an army of Sharkticons and Bailiffs bearing down on us? And perhaps- nkh!- when I can focus on what he is saying for more than a few seconds?"

Continuing down the tunnels with his allies, L926-1 staggered before falling down to one knee, but slowly tried to lift himself up. "Must continue... Mustn't... give up! For Primus!"
It was a belief for him that was nonsense and fairy-tale but with all the miracles today, the thought of a higher being, a creator was beginning to appeal to him. The vicious Sharkticons had been armed to the teeth, and then there was there teeth.. L926-1 was curious about his "Hawk" mech. Why did he have a name and the rest of them have identification numbers? He listened on but wondered if they were going to make it at all. Soon it would come to an end, one way or another for him, but he had to believe, today of all days. "Just give me today..." he thought to himself. He wished he had done something heroic back there, like take one of the guns of them, like the one that ate it, but it was too late now, his tormentors were behind them, the only way now, was forward..

Hawk was waving everyone forward as he decided to answer the question put to him. "I am named Hawk as I have seen fit to call myself. And I am a Blademaster."
"A Blademaster? Someone is full of themselves, first they give themselves a name and a title!" Replied S97.
"And you have yet to give me thanks. However I did not perform this act for the acknowledge of praise. In fact, it was fortunate that the pit drained when it did. You were doomed up until that point. I would not be have been able to save anyone if you had been in the element of the Sharkticons. And when I did make my move, our chances were still low. I suppose you could consider it an act of Primus."
G367 then rushed back to the group after scouting out the lead. "This way! I found a tunnel that should lead us out. The guards won't find us!" The impatience G367 then ran back the way he came. He had heard the comments from T-474 but decided to ignore him. As far as he was concerned he had saved the day.
H865 then asked Hawk. "But if you who has gained freedom and the ability to defend him in battle, why do you remain here in the prison camps. To fight the Quintessons perhaps?"
"If its because you believe I am here to revolt, you are in error." Replied Hawk. "I was merely a look out for my master."

As S-616 helped N33 through the tunnel, he spoke up again.
"I'm greatly thankful. That Sharkticon would have been the end of me were it not for your timely arrival. While you answered my questions, you've only left me with more. Namely, who is your master and what were you looking out for?"

T-474 walked in silence, but moved towards the head of the group. This Hawk character was intriguing, "flying, Blademaster, I will indulge my curiosity when we are safer." T-474 had worked his way up behind Hawk, and moved to his side.
"I will go and help G367 scout ahead. It is unwise that anyone go out alone."
T-474 leaped ahead, transforming into his 8-legged walker mode. He walked up the wall, and onto the ceiling and made his way quickly but quietly down the tunnel until he found G367.
"Don't be alarmed. It's unwise to go out alone, in case they spot someone, someone else should have their back."
T-474 kept to the ceiling. He was quiet for a moment, before speaking again.
"Note that my doubt was based solely on my unfamiliarity with you, I will not be so quick to dismiss you in the future."
It was about as close to an apology as T-474 could muster, and he hoped that G367 understood its intent.

Hawk spared S-616 a glance, "All will be revealed in time. But what I can tell you this this, he was once a slave like you. And like me, he took a name."
G367 just kind of shrugged at T-474's comments. "Well, fine. I guess I didn't think it through. I'm sorry. I suppose H865 will soon tell me that soon and put me down as his little fool!"

N33 grunted as he was lifted back to his feet by S-616, clinging onto the bigger mech's shoulders for support. He waved vaguely and called to T-747 as he disappeared down the tunnel. "Good hunting, friend!" The haze of pain that filled his cortex stopped him from saying any more. He groaned as his leg buckled again, and he put more weight on S-616. "Ah... sorry, friend... I don't mean to be a bother..."

S-616 smiled as he helped N33.
"Keep your weight off your injured leg. You'll be able to move much easier, and your leg wont buckle as often. As for being a bother, I'm sure I'll get the opportunity to repay the favour sometime in the future."
