So although it won't be obvious at first, I'm making small changes to the website. It's just general improving right now. Like the main website, I'm creating alternate versions one the website template - one with two colums, ones with just one columns etc. As I worked out how to do it with totaltfs.com long ago it's now time to bring that over to the GADE website, as currently there are ones that look like there just one central column - but in fact have two, the skinny left column is blank. That restricts the text and why it has to change. As i post this I am currently re-doing some of those pages.

Okay, think I'm done for today, had to re-do the menu as well for each page.
Had a bit of fun with the menu however. A long time ago I changed the Who's Who (Reference to G1 UK annuals Autobots/Cons: Who's who a layout of their forces) to Chain of command. More military, more official. SO I started having fun with a couple of the other links - History is now "Seeds of the past" , ("The seeds of the future lay buried in the past!" - or whatever that crap Optimus Primal kept saying in Beast machines was!); and the gade news is now the Cybertron News Network - throw-back to Jazz's old Little thing he did way back when! (Nice tie in!)

I was actually looking for pictures of Cybertron cities for something else when I got the idea. XD
Re-done a couple of pages. It's not a noticeable difference, more cosmetic. On the first page I have a left column, one that is repeated through the website template. On single pages I left this column blank with no text (Invisible column!), but that resulted in awkward formatting of the page layout with regards to the look. So I made a second template without the column so certain single pages look better.

Given Tundra's interest in the Renegades, I added an extra "Question" on the FAQ page of our Gade site: totaltfs.com/gadesfaq.htmlIs there anything else you think I should add, needs adding or needs changing?

Yeah, I feel like I really want to push the Renegades at the moment as it's the most (IMO) valuable asset in terms of making this place unique and not "Just another transformers site".
Big up! Big push for the Gades!

Lets see what the Class room thread brings up then maybe we'll have a better idea of what to add. Cause I can't say I know off hand.

Made some minor changes to the time-line on the website after planning it out on the old GADE forum in the last week. Basically all revolving around Heavyassault's time line.
Originally we had HA appear in the timeline initially by the Vok to confront Megatron, this still happens but in our context we had the [Canon] Beast Wars before Rodimus Prime and the Renegades when factually Beast Wars was set 300 years after the events of G1. It's no biggie, HA still comes back to confront Megatron and is still around to initially save myself and latryx7 when we're set-up and head back to HQ to confront "Optimus". After this when we go our separate ways as "Renegade Autobots" (But not yet official GADES), I now have it that - because of the death of his vehicon crew HA feels he can't stay in this time-line/and/or on Cybertron but vows to return one day and stand by them if still around since he cannot side with the Autobots or go back to the Decpticons.
Beast Wars happens, Beast Machines - Rhinox into Tankor whole shebang. Back on Cybertron we have Autobot brothers Nightshade and Ironfist, then our Beast Wars happen with Iceblaster>Indelible et al and the undeveloped following Beast machines RP that never quite happened. After this (After looking at HA, Shadowstalker and frontline's original profiles), I have Heavyassault in another time-line re-united with Shadowstalker and Frontline where they meet the Vok. (Second time for HA). SS wants to attack but HA having known them, stop him and concludes his work is done with them. They disagree evoking the Fall of the Vehicon Empire. (Think of it here in Doctor Who terms as the Time War/end of the Time War)
Near the Invasion Trilogy or preluding it HA, SS and Front-line return to present day Cybertron.
It's pretty much just wibbly wobbly timey whimey stuff that makes more sense. HA'a profiles for all three of his chars have never been updated since, so it''s limited information there's no reason for the Fall of the Vehicon empire so having the Vok having something to do wit it makes sense. It means during the [Canon] Beast Wars the Gades (Although just Renegade Autobots/outlaws) can still leave Cybertron to return later after the great "Sizing down".

I've swapped the banner. it uses am alternate grey bg that almost became our current default we have here right now.
Do you think the scheme would work across the site though?

Hmmm, I don't know. The old one in black has more edge to it, better style.
