Who here watches GOT?
I love this show! I heard about it and of course I've seen the 'Brace yourselves….. is coming' meme across the internet, but I didn't know what to really expect when I watched it. I've never watched TV this good before! The show has blown my mind several times. Now I'm only up to season 3 as I don't get it on Netflix and I have to rely on DVDs. Season 4 comes out on DVD this february so yeah, I'm getting it!
So who watches here? And remember no spoilers! Not until we all know were not spoiling it for anyone.

I didn't see it when it originally aired so since late 2014 I've been having a marathon of it. After the first two episodes I couldn't stop watching, just waiting for the new series now (In April here in the UK) after watching all 4 series. I didn't know anything about this show, not even that is ws based on books, all I knew was it was fantasy based which is something that I knew would interest me - but I literally knew nothing about it. I hoped I'd like it, I didn't expect to get so hooked on it.

I've seen the first season and I've read the first book. I enjoyed them both, thought they were both cool, but they never really grabbed me.

My wife read the first book. She liked it a lot she told me. She's as hooked on the show as I am. So must in fact that it has p***ed her off when..... certain things happen!

I love this show! I wasn't quite sure what it would be about and ended up watching it on demand. Despite some of the...stuff that happens I am quite hooked on it and can't wait for the next season to come out. I'm quite looking forward to what the outcome is for the throne and hope to read the books.

So anyone have a favorite character?
Mine's gotta be Tyrion Lannister. I know everyone loves Joffrey, or loves to hate him but Tyrion is my favorite by far. Always mocked about his height but he doesn't give a crap, plus he gets all the babes. Gotta love his sarcastic sense of humor and generally.

Tyrion is the best, and his bodyguard Bronn. They have the best lines!
Arya Stark is awesome, I want my daughter to be just as wild!
I like Petyr Baelish for his hidden sliminess.
Jorah Mormont has his moments…
Tywin Lannister is the scariest b****** ever!
The Hound is a great character too, you don't know his motivations.
And Varys is great too. You never know what's up with him and his banter is great. Plus I feel he actually has a good heart.
And Ygritte, Cersei Lannister, Shae and Missandei are all hotties!!

Tyrion Lannister for sure, gotta love his sarcasm and not caring what people think of him. And Daeneryes because I think it's interesting how she goes from being this shy, scared girl to the confidence and powerful person she currently is and just her struggles to hold onto her beliefs.
Arya is also a favorite of mine because she's spunky and her age hardly seems to hinder her from trying to take back what she has lost. I've also grown to like Ygriette, the Hound, and sometimes Arya's sister, but I forgot her name.

i like Daeneryes a lot as well, poor Ayra, she really doesn't have much luck does she?! Charles Dance is phenomenol anyway in his own right, I was really surprised to see a quality film actor like him in this, I also rate Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister), as I knew her from the Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. (Ooh new thread for TLO!) I think she's a very good actress as well. Love the Hound and Bronn. Agree with Jazz about Petyr Baelish too, there's something about Jorah Mormont I like though, always guiding Deaneryes.
I like Sansa, (Arya's sister), but the actress can be wooden at times IMO.

The first episode was slow for sure, but I know that the Viper is suppose to be a major character here.

The whole first half a season of #4 is a bit slower IMO, but it does pick up!
