Seeing as we are a lot of the way through the wreckers rp, it seems only sense that we have a wreckers thread - let's face it , it's long overdue!
So how did you first find out about the wreckers, who's your favorite?
For me it was the original G1 comics, but I did have a Jumpstarter one Christmas (post-Hoist), and sure it was crappy and pulled back and jumped up in robot mode, but it kept me amused for hours on end. Guess I was easily entertained, it was Twintwist by the way. I love d the aggressive, no holding back attitude of the wreckers tipped with great tragedy (Impactor). Certainly it's nothing new here to TTF, as well as the modern Wreckers rp we have our main Renegade rp went a totally different way one episode in the early days with a mostly Wreckers chapter!

Man I don't recall.
I think I may have seen the name around here and there but thats it. Until I read the G1 comics from the UK, maybe…
I never had Topspin, Twin Twist, Whirl or Roadbuster. And Roadbuster was sought after in my neighbourhood! He was awesome but a rare toy to find here. It might have been at TF@ The Moon is where I learned of them. Or maybe at TF Civil War since it had tons of UKers. I do remember Impactor for The Moon and maybe thats how I heard of them.

I think I might have heard about The Wreckers here and then researched them on TF Wiki. Or I found out about them by randomly browsing on TF Wiki. Either way, TF Wiki was involved.
Never owned any of the figures, until I got Generations Springer and Sandstorm. I wanted to get the remold of FoC Bruticus that they made of the Wreckers, but finding all 5 for a decent price was almost impossible.

I had the knock off " Mugen Calibur" Roadbuster - I used to freakin' love that toy! I think I might have heard about The Wreckers here and then researched them on TF Wiki. I wasn't really keen on them (FoC Bruticus into Weckers) as they did come to me as just repaints that they were rather than the characters in their own rights. The Apex twins [3rd party] were pretty cool Twintwist ans Topspins though. Love Generations Sandstorm and Springer, still haven't got round to getting them though!

Yeah Roadbuster has always been an awesome looking character. So many RPGers use his image.
