Just IMO of course. I know the show is going to be for a lot younger audience but does that means the toys have to be dumbed down to so much to ugly bricks? I just looked at the warrior class Drift & Optimus Prime, if they're not big chunky blocks the arms look stuck on at the last minute. (Looking at you drift!) The only one that looks decent in this size range so far is Strongarm and maybe Sideswipe despite the huge feet. Looks like another line I'll be skipping.

Like you said, younger audience.
A few of them look alright. I don't think Bumeblee or Drift look bad, the upcoming Jazz looks alright, and I have Grimlock and he isn't bad. I do wish they were better, but oh well.
Also, just a head up, I've actually heard Strongarm is the worst of the first wave.

For me Bee and Drift are the worst. For me with it solely being for very little kids there's not transformation range like how the recent movie lines catered for many different ages with one-step changes to 5 step (Or whatever) to the advanced ones), not that I brought any though. Even these warrior class ones seem overly too blocky and simplistic.

They are still simple, but they aren't the simplest in the line.
