Mine are pretty limited and basic, but my top games off the top of my head:
Pokemon (from Leafgreen to current stuff so far)
Spyro the Dragon (90s trilogy and its reboot, as well as Legend of Spyro)
Digimon World 3 (PS1)
Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition (Switch)
Resident Evil 2 remake (Xbox 1)
Resident Evil 3 remake (Xbox 1)
Resident Evil Village
Transformers Devastation
Transformers War for Cybertron games
Power Rangers: Battle for the grid
Spectrobes 1 and 2 (DS)
Tekken 3 (PS1, but never really completed it)
Though I do have a handful of other games I've played over the years that I do like, just haven't really been any favorites right off the bat. And some I have never played the original so it is based on what I have played thus far.

I've honestly neverr played any Pokeman or Digimon - ever. Tekken 2 was always a favourite of mine, not what I'd include in my "favourite of all time" list, but always was fun, don't think I ever played the third though - that I remember.
