Not as devoted to the recovery of the AllSpark as the other Decepticon, he stayed with Megatron because the evil leader allowed him to indulge his chaotic tendencies.
Weaknesses: Doesnt work well with others.Tends to give their location away.

Skywarp is the sneakiest of all Decepticons. Enjoys playing cruel pranks on fellow Decepticons and appearing out of nowhere to attack Autobots. Not too smart. Would be useless without Starscream's supervision. Top speed of 1500mph. Can instantly teleport up to 2.5 miles. Carries heat-seeking missiles and variable-calibre machine guns.
PROFILE Skywarp is the sneakiest of the Decepticons. On Cybertron he was known to appear out of nowhere in the middle of peaceful Autobot villages to rain terror and destruction upon them, if the mood hit him. He'll even use his teleportation powers to play a prank on a fellow Decepticon. Everyone enjoys this except the butt of his joke since Skywarp's sense of humor tends to be rather cruel and physically abusive. Skywarp isn't too smart and would be totally useless without the supervision of Starscream.
ABILITIES Skywarp can reach a top speed of 1500 mph. But what makes him unique is his ability to instantly teleport himself a maximum distance of 2.5 miles. He also carries a heatseeking missile launcher and a variable-caliber machine gun.
WEAKNESSES Skywarp's control of the accuracy of his teleportation power diminishes as the distance he teleports increases. As a result, if he's not too careful, he's likely to crash into things when he arrives at where he's teleporting. Not being too bright doesn't help him avoid these accidents either.
The Seibertronian Dictionary Definition For "Skywarp" The noun "sky" means "the expanse of air over any given point on the earth; the upper atmosphere as seen from the earth's surface." The noun "warp" refers to "A mental or moral twist, aberration, or deviation." In Skywarp's case, warp refers to his ability to teleport. Definition entered by: Seibertron.

Mid-air collisions are his specialty. It makes little difference if the target is an opponent or not, he'll crash into it just for the fun of bringing terror to the skies. These crashes can take their toll on him, particularly doing damage to his internal mechanisms. "The skies are my castle and I like to live alone.", he says. His nose module can withstand the impact of three-foot thick concrete at 1500mph, and he flies as fast as mach 2.8 while carrying cluster bombs.
PROFILE Mid-air collisions are Ramjet's specialty. Whether the target is an opponent or not makes little difference- Ramjet will crash him or it just for the pure fun of it. He's built to survive such crashes, which is probably his greatest asset, since hardly anyone in flight would expect a jet fighter to purposely try to collide with him. These one-sided jousts make him a terror without equal in the skies. As he often boasts, "The skies are my castle, and I like to live alone."
ABILITIES In jet form, Ramjet has a nose module that can absorb and withstand an impact with a 3 foot-thick concrete wall at a speed of 1500 mph. The rest of his form is not quite as durable, but is still very resistant to impact. He can go as fast as Mach 2.8. He carries two cluster bomb missile launchers and two laser beam rifles. He's also very durable in robot mode.
WEAKNESSES Ramjet's tendency to aim at neutral targets often results in his creating new enemies, a consequence about which he rarely shows concern. Although very resistant to impact, too many crashes can take their toll on Ramjet's body, particularly his internal mechanical workings.

PROFILE The chilling rumble of Dirge's engines as they approach from a distance is merely a prelude to the petrifying fear they induce in whomever is unlucky enough to hear as they pass overhead. And fear is something with which Dirge is quite familiar. He knows its all-consuming power; he understands how it can defeat even the mightiest of armies. He handles it with the same exacting proficiency that a concert pianist handles his piano's keys. Even his fellow Decepticons are put off a bit by his mournful, silent manner. Ramjet sums up everyone's feelings: "He gives me the creeps."
ABILITIES In jet mode, the sound from Dirge's engines has the uncanny effect of producing spinetingling (circuit-tingling, in the cases of other robots) fear in nearly everyone who hears it. Apparently, the engines emit a combination of frequencies that has a disorienting, fear-provoking effect on the nervous systems of all those within earshot. He also carries two air-to-air missiles and two automatic machine guns.
WEAKNESSES In order to perform well as a warrior, Dirge needs to feel that he's in control of a situation. When things get out of hand, Dirge is prone to suffer from the very weapon he himself wields so effectively- fear. Dirge's usefulness evaporates under these conditions.

Robot Mode Soundwave can detect even lowest energy radio transmissions and jam radio transmissions all across the energy spectrum, a talent that makes him naturally suited to his position as Decepticon Communications Officer. Acts as radio link for others. Locates and identifies Autobots, then informs Decepticons.
Soundwave also possesses the ability to monitor electrical impulses within brain circuitry - i.e. he can read minds. Additionally, he has a photographic memory thanks to the vast data storage capacity of the magnetic disks in his chest/grill compartment. Soundwave is also one of the physically strongest Transformers.
Carries a hand-held concussion blaster gun, The front grill in his alt mode and his chest in robot mode is a storage compartment which stores the Decepticon spy cassettes Ravage, Laserbeak, Buzzsaw, Rumble and Frenzy (In Barricade's abscense) who seem to exist in a quasi-symbiotic relationship with him and can be ejected for various stealth missions. Also has a shoulder-mounted radio wave sensor. Often target of retaliation by his comrades
Vehicle Mode Soundwaves's Earth vehicle mode takes the form of a modified Balkan Mk 6, but it gets him wherever he wants to go. Apart from his all-terrain, solid moulded tires and his state-of-the-art force distribution system, Soundwave possesses reinforced armour plating for his alt mode, which also doubles protection in certain areas of his robot mode also.. Soundwave tries to let nothing literally stand in his way, whether he has to get his hands dirty or use his stealth casettes to do the job.
Description: It is said Soundwave can hear a fly sneeze. Uses anything he hears for blackmail to advance his status. Opportunist. Despised by all other Decepticons.
After Megatron was Defeated, Soundwave followed down from Cybertron and will will try to restore order between the Decepticons in Megatron's abscence.
Weaknesses: Not only is his alt mode a bit slow but he is also sluggish in robot mode and needs to recharge more than the rest.

He can fly using powerful jet thrusters in his boots.
WEAKNESSES Shockwave's wave-emission power, as well as his flying, is limited by his high fuel consumption. Although he uses the same type of liquid fuel as his fellow Transformers, he can also use radioactive fuels in the small nuclear reactor within his torso, which substantially eliminates his liquid fuel dependency problem. WEAKNESSES Sunstorm's particular habits, in addition to the deletrious effects that he is capable of causing teammates by his sheer presence, frequently cause him to be excluded from critical missions. In jet mode, he rarely employs his own heat seeking missiles - on the occasion his target evades their reach, they are liable to turn back and target his own substantial heat signature!

PROFILE Creating confusion is Astrotrain's specialty. As a Decepticon Triple Changer he can switch form from robot to bullurtrian train to space shuttle almost instantaneously. This ability not only leaves unsuspecting enemies perplexed, but often vulnerable to his attack. His favorite ploy is to lure an Autobot to chase him as he enters a railroad tunnel in train mode and then exits in shuttle mode. The Autobot is usually ill-prepared to battle the shuttle-mode Astrotrain and rarely knows whether two Decepticons or one confront him. But it is that particular moment when his opponent realizes his mistake that epecially delights Astrotrain. He truly lives for that moment and thrives on his foe's panic and fear. "It makes it all worthwhile," Astrotrain says gleefully. "That part I enjoy even better than destroying him afterwards!"
ABILITIES As a space shuttle, Astrotrain can achieve, under his own power, planetary orbit, where he can attain a maximum speed of up to 20,000 mph. He can launch weapons and satellites while in orbit, and carry other cargo as well. If he carries an extra fuel supply, he can leave his orbit and is capable of true space travel, boosting his speed up to 50,000 mph. He would be able to travel from the Earth and the moon and back, but not much more. As a train, his top speed on rail is 400 mph and he has a range of 1700 miles. In robot mode he has great strength and carries a powerful ionic displacer rifle, which destroys by disrupting molecular bonds in metal alloys with its beam.
WEAKNESSES Astrotrain is prone to mechanical breakdowns as a train in his wheel assemblies. As a space shuttle his communications systems often fail him and he must be wary of burning up while re-entering the atmosphere

Not only are foes confused by his talent, but rarely are they prepared to fight him in a second form after fighting him in the first one. And Blitzwing certainly relishes changing form. His favorite tactic is to dive at a target -living or otherwise- as a jet, change at the last moment to a tank, and then smash into the target just as he lands. This hardly ever fails to defeat a foe or amuse Blitzwing. He likes to think of himself as having a sense of humor, although the things that make him laugh are typically cruel and harmful to others. He's loud-mouthed, belligerent and brash- wonderful qualities for a commando, terrible for all those who have to be around him.
ABILITIES As a jet fighter, Blitzwing can fly at mach 2.7 with a range of 1500 miles. He carries heat-seeking concussion missiles. As a tank, he can traverse most terrain, however rugged, and can achieve a speed of 28 mph. His track-mounted cannon fires an explosive shell 3.5 miles that can level a 5-story brick building. In robot mode he uses an electron scimitar which can short-circuit any electrical device with a touch of its blade, and a gyro-blaster rifle, which disrupts the sense of balance of anyone it hits for 30 minutes.
WEAKNESSES Blitzwing sometimes gets his circuits scrambled, which results in him getting stuck in mid-transformation between forms.

He can carry 10,000 gallons of fuel and has internal equipment that modifies oil-based fuels into fuel the Transformers are able to use, or solid fuel. He has internal hoses that he uses to drill for and siphon off liquid fuel sources. He is likely to attack a gas station or another tanker truck in his quest to acquire fuel. In robot mode, he carries a liquid-flame thrower, powered by his fuel reserves, and a deflecto-shield, which turns back whatever beam or artillery that hits it upon whoever shot it.
WEAKNESSES In tanker truck mode, Octane is generally heavily armored to protect himself and his fuel tank. However, he is extremely vulnerable to a hit from below the tank. He is not an effective combatant in the air since he has virtually no offensive capabilities in jet mode.

Maximum speed 300 km/h. Range: 900 km. Has high-energy particle beam rifle. Easily distracted by a beautiful car -- because he wants to destroy it, not admire it.
PROFILE Runabout likes to watch things blow up; the bigger the explosion, the more he enjoys it. If he's not busy hunting Autobots, he'll pass his free time using parked cars for target practice or igniting fuel pumps at a gas station. A good-sized fireball never fails to bring a mischievous smile to his face. Seemingly driven by an unending supply of evil energy, he avoids even the briefest lulls in activity as if he's terrified that boredom might fatally infect him. As a Battlecharger, Runabout gets more than enough opportunity to stay busy, but he worries about what he'll do with himself after he finishes blowing up all the Autobots, cars, and gas stations on Earth. He calculates at the rate he's going he'll have to find a new sport within two years.
ABILITIES In car mode, Runabout has a maximum speed of 185 mph and a range of 550 miles. He can transform to robot mode in .4 seconds. He uses a particle beam rifle that shoots a high-energy beam of neutrons with devastating results.
WEAKNESSES Runabout's attention turns to beautiful cars like a young man's turns to beautiful women. In Runabout's case though, the more beautiful the car, the more he craves to destroy it. This often distracts him from his true mission and leaves him vulnerable to attack.

His freewheeling, frenzied approach invariably sends them scattering like leaves before a hurricane's winds. Spreading fear is his favorite pastime. But there's another, more sensitive side to Runamuck, although he expresses it in a most peculiar fashion: he's fascinated with Earth's junkyards. He can spend hours staring at one rusting wreck after another. In his own twisted way, Runamuck places the same value on these auto-graveyards as humans do art museums. His fellow Battlecharger, Runabout, attributes Runamuck's characteristic soft spot to "one quick-change too many snapping some cerebro-circuits." Considering Runamuck's personality, that's a diagnosis hard argue with.

He wields a friction rifle, which shoots a beam that has the effect of dramatically increasing the kinetic energy of the molecules of any target it hits. Under these conditions, even the slightest movement of the target produces a tremendous increase in friction between its molecules and air molecules or anything else it touches. Flammable objects burst into flame; some metals even melt. The effect lasts for five minutes.
WEAKNESSES Runamuck's reckless ways often result in his transforming on ill-advised occasions. This leads to disabling injuries sometimes. He's also afraid of heights.
