He believes in strength, honour, courage and devotion to Primus and the Autobot Alliance. A science background and a strong believe in himself makes him a formidable City commander. Although not an direct decendant of the Prime Legacy, this does in no way deturr him in anything he does. Originally a scientist, Air Convoy was taught the fundermental pricniples of science and Transformer technology. With a thirst for knowledge, he volunteered to go on a deep exploration mission where he also became a bit of a philanthripist, and also studied in macro-biology, as well as learning fields of a botanist. (sp) During his travels with his crew he travelled to many galaxies and met many new species and learnt of many planets. But on the far side of Hydra Four he was sent down to a mining colony that was suffereing great natural phenomenons, it turned out the keeper of the station had been decieving everyone and the station was actually a giant vaparasious life form who was trapped on the planet, the leeper however did not expect it's mate to coming looking for it.. Other missions included curing the great pague that was onnterellia 5, and saving one of his crew's life for accidently breaking a law on a strange Planet, no to mention the war with the Azzulons who were tring to restore their timeline by wiping out other whole planetfuls of civilisations.. Now after several vorns Air Convoy returns home to serve the Autobots once again.. Abilities/Weapons: Heavy blaster (3 points), 2x Light Blaster: A side arm (1 pt each) Able to reach incredible speeds in jet mode, is one of THE most prolific ariel autobots there is and can fly around Cybertron's atmoshphere in 3.61 breems. He can aslo easily travel between planets. He also has two mounts for seker style arm lasers (But can't be used in bot mode), these are equivalent to the power of a light blaster and are only effective enough for means of light strafing runs or as a deterrent for the enemy below. Incredibly intelligent and physically very strong his inbuilt jet-pack also means unlike most, he can fly in bot mode as well. In bot mode he uses a double particle cannon (heavy blaster). Weaknesses: Can be a target in the air (similar ariel attacks on him) with only light guns, but willl give his best back.

He can site every Cybertronian law and coding that has ever been written and a few that haven't. He has based his beliefs on these codes and he clings to them, believeing no one has the right to break them be it Autobot, Decepticon or Renegade. He takes it as a personal insult when rules or orders are disobeyed and won't tolerate anyone under his command who won't work as a team player. HISTORY: Profile/History: Vindicator-1 was created by Rainstorm as an early attempt at forging the ultimate Decepticon warrior. Later experiments would lead to the creation of many formidable guinea pigs such as Siphon, Nightraven, Viracon, Cy-cho, Prodigy and many more. With V-1 Rainstorm researched the longevity of the transformer spark. By implanting an indestructable V chip in a body the memory engrams of a transformer would be recorded, then when that host expired the chip could be re-implanted into a new form and the new host would have access to all its predecessors experiences and memories. The first host was Vindicator-1 or V1, a transformer that turned on the evil and twisted Rainstorm and joined the early Autobot resistance movement. A raid on one of the scientists labs left V1 all but destroyed, yet the intervention of his comanding officer Sarge led to the chip being implanted in a new host spark. Thus Vice-2 lived on, at first serving a sone of Iacon's greatest officers and then joining Sarge's Autobot training corps alongside the criminal Morpher. He met his end battling the against the deadly warrior Fracture and the gigantic Cyberplex war machine, sacrificing himself to stop the apocalypse. Yet once more the V chip legacy lived on in a new host. Vice-3 journeyed the this dimension after batlting Rainstorm and worked with Vector Primus to make Iacon a safe place for all those that lived in it. He met his end at the hands of the Destructicon Darth Will during Rainstorm'sa bid to destroy the city. Reconstructed as V4 he found himself with a new body and the power to make even more of a difference and he put it to good use battling the Destructicons. Under Emirate Primus’ direction Vice-4 gladly took a more militant edge to the organisation of the V-units and made clear to them what he expected in future. This led to the ‘zero tolerance’ moniker in the V-HQ locker rooms but the professionalism of the V-units kept them in line. It was only the arrival of the Decepticon 'god' Thunderwing who cost him his life as he battled Darth Will once more in a battle that nearly levelled Iacon itself. His v-chip buried in the ruins of Iacon Vice wa slost until an omnipetent being known as the Guardian swooped in and took him off as he had done during his life as Vice-3 on an even grander mission as Vice-5. Working with Siphon and the Autobot known only as Fencebreaker he thwarted Rainstorm once again at the cost of his own life. His work completed the Guardian returned his v-chip to his home dimension to rest... -Vice 4 Additional History: Now in the wake of the reign of Thunderwing he has a newly constructed body and a new charge. Vice-6 has been given greater jurisdiction by the Council to with bring law and order to all of Cybertron. His powers of arrest have been extanded across all of Cybertron so he can work under all heads of state for the good of the planet. And Vice has some ideas up his sleeve, starting with the condesncing of the V-unit force and the formation of his new elite special response unit... ABILITIES AND WEAPONS: Does not transform into a V series space hover car like all who have come before him but now forms a slightly larger emergency vehicle truck. It lacks some of the speed and handling of the hover car but iis more highly armoured. Unlike his hip wearing blaster predecessors his left hand can retract to form a paid fire energy blaster. V4 has discarded the shoulder mounted x-ray scanners employed by his former selves in exchange for a small missile launcher mounted on his shoulder in robot mode. He still carries the standard V-unit cuffs and a energon baton from his police days. Can project an energy based riot shield from his right forearm module. V4 also carries an officer's holo badge. He is an expert cop and still harbours many contacts from his past selves crime busting days, the best and most reliable of which is still the self proclaimed 'transformer pimp daddy' Cliffdiver. Rapid-fire energy blaster fpw5 : 3pts Small Missile Launcher (4 missles) fpw5 : 2pts Baton (energon coated) fpw4 : 2pts Energon shield: 3pts WEAKNESS: His less amicable more militant edge has tended to sour former friends of V-3 that would otherwise have supported him till the ends of the Earth (figure of speech). That said he is a loyal and trust worthy Autobot and apart from a lack of speed in vehicle mode has no real physical weakness..

Extra Armour worn) Profile/History: Steel, as he is known know started off as a new type of experimental autobot Guardian (the Metal and Yellow dudes in the comics… although that may just be the UK comics so think of drone guards) During the chaos of what was known as the first strike (the moment that the decepticons openly declared war though a bombing campaign) a group of troublesome Autobot Academy graduates, led by the infamous Drill instructor “The Sarge” found a research laboratory that had been torn apart from the inside. All the scientists had been killed but they project for the next generation of Guardian robots lived on when they discovered two stasis chambers. One was empty, brutally smashed from the inside but the other still held its test subject. The mechanoid that would be later dubbed Steel. After freeing the guardian unit they planned on taking him back to Iacon for further study, but they were ambushed on their way to the Autobot capital by a squad of Decepticons. It was then that the Guardian unit activated at the sign of danger and aided the Autobots in seeing off the Decepticon threat. Shortly after that they received a universal distress call that warned of an impending nuclear strike on Iacon. Being the only squad close enough to make it to the Decepticon missile silos within the countdown time limit the recruits swiftly pulled themselves together and assaulted the fortress knowing that the odds were impossibly overwhelming. The guardian once again activated to save one of the recruits who had showed kindness towards it and treated it as a Transformer rather than a drone. He showed remarkable combat skills and courage. His assistance helped stem the tide long enough for all but one warhead to be deactivated. Fade, the femebot who showed him kindness was willing to make the Ultimate sacrifice when she found she was the only one close enough to stop the last warhead and jumped on it as it launched. The Guardian stole a rocket pack and flew after them in an act it should not have been programmed to do. Fade managed to rig the warhead to explode and prepared herself to be destroyed along with it when the Guardian snatched her from the rocket and pulled her out of range as it detonated in the high atmosphere. The group returned to Iacon as the first true heroes of the War but their names were never released to the public. The Guardian had showed remarkable sentience and was declared a full fledged Cybertronian and an Autobot. After Millions of years of service in the Autobot forces The Guardian now known as Steel rose through the ranks to eventually be granted a reprieve for his tireless work. He was made Guardian of a distant paradise planed named Solex where many civilians had evacuated too. Unfortunately his days of warfare were not over when he discovered a Decepticon plot to uncover some ancient Alien artefacts deep in space. Knowing he was the only one close enough to stop the Decepticons in time Steel quickly mustered a small force of Civilians who he trained and led into battle. Although the casualties were high the Civilians and Steel managed to destroy the super powered decepticons and save their planet and probably Cybertron. Knowing he would never truly get any rest until the Decepticon menace was dealt with Steel rejoined the Autobot Army to lend his skills to their side once again. Abilities/Weapons: Ceremonial Energon Sword (3 points Fpw 6) and Extra Armour given to him by none other than Optimus Prime (2 points) (hence why he looks like prime with the armour on) Steel possessed startling charisma and courage. He has an outstanding ability to inspire even poorly trained troops into heroes with words but more commonly just his actions. He is an excellent soldier but recently gave up the use of firearms after a close friend was killed when his gun misfired. He now fights up close with only his sword and his hand to hand combat skills which are startling. Although he has no alternate form he can fly with the use of a jetpack built into the armour he wears. It is slower than a normal jet plane but still quick enough to keep up with most land vehicle. (max speed roughly 240mph) Weaknesses: Steel’s reluctance to use guns now makes him only effective in hand to hand combat. If he can be kept at range then he cant attack. Only his closest ally, Whitefox, knows that he secretly it terrified of death as he believes he has no spark and there for will never join the matrix. This has yet to be confirmed as it seems strange that a being with so much personality can have no spark even though he is technically a drone

PROFILE:
Created from scrap parts by scientists under Thunderwing's orders, whoever Phatasm was is unknown and long forgotten. In truth it never mattered, he once lived to serve his dark master and carried out any appointed task with dedicated, ruthless efficieny. Now it does matter though. As the only Autobot Blademaster released from the spell of Thunderwing he was brought in under high security for study and is now kept in a secret location known only to the Council themselves where Autobot scientists work to uncover the truth behind what he is and gain insight into the now lost Matrix and other 'Blademasters'.
Since being released from Thunderwing's control Phantasm has become a recluse, barely speaking to anyone in his captivity. He doesnt care anymore and is resigned to his fate in the laboratory cell as puinishment for what he did as a Blademaster.
The only thing he'd like to know is who he was before all this happened...
ABILITIES AND WEAPONS:
Phantasm is a dangerous fighter, he is not the strongest, fastest or most skilled simply more dangerous. He will use any advanatge he can and has absolutely no compulsions for honour or swordplay. He has above average physical attributes and is intelligent, able to operate very well under his own with directives from Thunderwing. In robot mode he weilds a two handed sword that can split apart into two thinner blades for parrying and thrusting (like Skeletor's sword in MOTU). (6pts fpw = 5 as one blade, fpw= 2 each as two seperate blades.) He transforms into a space craft capable of breaking orbit under it's own power and can reach the moon and back before needing to refuel. In this form his jet has twin pom pom cannons (light blaster x 2, 2 freebie pts fpw = 6).
Weaknesses: Has limited technical knowledge and is barely capable of flying a vessel let alone any repairs or computer use. His aggression will make him fight past the point of serious damage levels and put himself in danger of permament shutdown. Also a failed circuit installed by the Autobot scientist Zion that was supposed to work a extra ability causes involuntary energon spikes and surges that can cause damage.

PROFILE: Believes that sometimes the laws need to be bent to preserve the public peace. This can put him at odds with Vice from time to time and the two often have hjeated arguments during the midst of busts as well as about Magnum's actions afterwards. The young cop from the sonic canyons in quite impressionable and has taken a liking to some of the Vice Officers, enjoying a practial joke with them off duty. Reknowned for being somewhat of a femmebots man he spends all his off duty time in the local bars much to the dismay of Vice-6 and enjoys shooting pool, downing a few whiskeygons and generally looking out for the local talent.
ABILITIES AND WEAPONS: Magnum transforms into a high speed bike and is the fastest land Autobot a fact he reminds everyone of. He carries a medium blaster (2pts) in robot mode and carries a cartidge of ion shells as well to bring perps down for questioning. (2pts) Magnum also carries two sidearm light blasters (2pts) for close quarters shooting on stakeouts and busts.
WEAKNESS: Can get on the wrong side of his team mates let alone anyone else with his cocky young nature. Also he is lightly armoured for speed and vunerable to taking toom much damage.

Profile/History: Epyon has been a warrior and a spy for as long as he could remeber, he was in service before Prime was even around. He used to be more trusting and a warmer bot until one day on a mission from prime, he was betrayed, tortured and left for dead.
He doesn't speak much about that day, but their is a scar left across his left optic that will be an everday reminder of how trusting someone and letting his guard almost cost him his spark.
Abilities/Weapons:
Epyon is calculating, commanding, strong and intelligent. Much of these assets help make him a great spy and help him get into and out of any situation that arises.
With precise accuracy he can deflect shots away from himself with his blade, although he often prefers the sound of gunfire from his own gun barrel. His maximum speed while in alt mode is mach 2 for a range of 2500 miles.

Profile/History: Baseline joined the Vice Department when it all started way back when, he was just a young punk off the streets but soon he was like all the other cops. When it all came down and he was allowed to have his own personality back and even his own form, he decided to stick it out and stayed with the department but got off the front-line. Opting for extra training detail he found great pleasure in the repair and maintenance of the Vice Department’s weapons. This gave him many opportunities to learn more and more about how to handle any and all types of firearms. Later he was promoted and got back on the streets with a Micromaster team. He was reformatted as their armoured transport and became the support guy if they got into trouble with any “Guzzler’s”. It was during his final tour with the Micro’s that Vice-6 found him and drafted him into his special unit.
A fairly reserved character, he keeps himself a little aloof from the masses and remains quiet in the presence of superior officers. When alone with his team however he warms up and can be quite amiable, especially during a mission when he manages to keep everyone relaxed. Baseline carries quite an arsenal so he can be ready for any mission, so being a transport means he can stow them away on and around his person with ease. Loves going on missions as the support member of a team as his quote states.

Baseline can analyse a situation fairly quickly if seen from a distance and can act appropiately to ease pressure on his team-mates if required. He has a little extra armour which allows him to take a little more punishment from weapons fire than most Transformers. When things go wrong he can always charge in to close range with his energon shield up but because of the drain it puts on him it is always a last resort. His chaff launchers are great as a decoy or as cover but are not real weapons at all but just in case he has his wrist blasters if all else fails.
Weaknesses: Unfortunately, he can rely a little too much on firepower when he should get a little more personal, not only in battle but with friends. This has lead to rumours of cowardice in the face of close combat which can affect his confidence.

It must be his woeful, dry but very sarcastic sense of humour that gets the patients out of the infirmary because needless to say, his bedside manner could be improved apon. Although he always seems to have something he has to moan about, the rest of the Autobots take everything with a huge dose or grounded cirillium knowing that deep down he does care really what people think, and think of him. He especially has a close working relationship with Commander Convoy (Air Prime Convoy) despite how much they argue points, although they differ on many things they are very similiar. And also with the high Commander, himself who confides in Quick Fix deeply. ABILITIES AND WEAPONS: Medium blaster - 2 pts (Firepower = 5), shoulder mounted medium missile launcher - 4 pts (Firepower = 7) QuickFix can trigger an electronic alarm on each of his fellow Autobots. His sensory perception is excellent. His visual acuity is such that he can pinpoint a 2 cm microchip at 1200 feet. He can hear a pin drop- at a distance of 1.4 miles! And his olfactory module can detect odors as weak as 2 parts per million. In vehicular mode he is among the fastest of the Autobots. In robot mode he carries a shoulder-mounted rocket launcher that has a 25-mile range which fires a slower medium sized missile (4 shot limit), and uses a high-energy particle beam rifle (med. blaster) WEAKNESSES: QuickFix's sometimes lack of patience make him succeptible to rash judgments. Consequently, he needs to consider all the options when in battle not just the most clinical.

PROFILE/HISTORY: After the Destructicon attack on New Iacon Emirate Primus saw how flawed the Omega Sentinels could be. Whilst still incredible machines of war they relied on the Vice Officer’s own skills and many were lost when said pilots proved incapable or were killed during the battle. What New Iacon needed he decided was a sentient Guardian like the Omega Supreme of old. Using the half dozen smashed Sentinels and the power of his newly acquired matrix (as well as the finest Autobot engineers) such a Guardian was built. Vector imbued it with life from the matrix itself and gave Minion his charge; the protection of New Iacon under any costs!
Fortress Minion’s attitude almost borders on a superiority complex. He knows he is the biggest strongest warrior the Autobots have, possibly the single strongest out of all of the Cybertronians alive and he has no problem in reminding everyone of this. Fortunately his role as a ‘Guardian of the Gates’ leaves him very isolated and gives him few chances to actually engage in conversation (if you can call his manner of speech conversation that is). Deep down Minion takes his role as supreme guardian very seriously and has built up an incredible sense of responsibility to protection of the city. Should anything ever happen to it he would undoubtedly blame himself. The consequences of the perpetrator would be dire indeed…
But something did. Rainstorm's attack decimatwed New Iacon once more and the sentinel was powerless to stop it. He met his end engaging the super powered Evoluticon and fell defending that which he cared for the most.
Now resurected Fortress Minion is determined to atone for what he sees as his past mistakes!
Abilties: Fortress Minion transforms into a large base that actually connects to the main gateway into New Iacon. All Cybertronians and aliens that pa$$ into the city by this route have to cross his path. Whilst the entrance is attended by Vice Officers the added menace of the giant guardian puts wrong doers off even more. In this mode he has a large central tower that can generate powerful energy blasts as well as several lighter defence lasers. His head forms a huge mobile tank that patrols the local area and sends information directly back to the main fortress. In robot mode Minion is huge, standing slightly taller and bulkier than even the ma$$ive Omega Sentinels. His claw arm can crush tanks like they were paper and can tear down battlements effortlessly. His left arm is fitted with the powerful laser cannon from the fortress tower is his other mode. He can also fire his head/tank blaster in robot mode simultaneously with his other weapon; this double artillery shot could potentially obliterate a battle ship given time. He is reluctant to unleash such firepower near the city though as it could cause untold damage within the walls of New Iacon.

WEAKNESS: Slow speeds and ma$$ive bulk make this giant an easy target. Fortunately his incredibly resilient armour can shrug off all but the most powerful of attacks.

Profile/History: Syrillimus used to work as a cargo loader, but moved to the distant planet Solex with his Girlfriend when the war broke out. They had many years of piece there (around 9 million to be exact) until a Decepticon threat from a near by galaxy threatened the paradise planet.
The Planets Guardian, Steel, sent out a message to anyone who would be willing too fight for their planet. It was then that Syrillimus stepped up too the plate. Trying to banish the feelings of regret at leaving Cybertron and not joining the Autobots.
Along with his Girlfriend, the impulsive and spirited Valkyrie, Syrillimus was trained by Steel before they jetted off to combat the Decepticon threat.
He found his calling in those harsh times. He knew that he had always been destined to be a warrior as his skills started too emerge on the battle field.
After they were victorious Syrillimus was deputised by Steel to take his place whenever the day came that he should fall. From then on Syrillimus trained as hard as he could in all combat techniques and soon became a highly skilled warrior.
He was restless though and still longed too do his part for cybertron, but knew he would have to undergo the usual training methods when he got there. So being rather impetuous he stole Steels old armour and sword before setting off too join the fight against the Decepticons on Cybertron.
Steel soon found out what had happened and sent Valkyrie to retrieve Syrillimus, but instead of bringing him home she joined him on Cybertron and sent back Steels equipment in their place.
Abilities/Weapons: Energon Sword (3 Points) Extra Armour (2 points)
Syrillimus wears extra armour in both modes which boosts his endurance to incredible levels.
He is far stronger than an average transformer of his size and can easily lift large amounts of weight.
Syrillimus is an outstanding warrior with most weapons but he prefers to fight unarmed as he feels the honour and skill required is much greater. His hand to hand skill is comparable to some Martial arts experts and he is quite agile for such a large bot.
He is an excellent swordsman and carries a large energon blade
Syrillimus also proved he has tremendous will power during his first battles, and withstood a staggering amount of pain. It unknown what it would take too keep him down.
Weaknesses: Syrillimus’s desire too do good often clouds his judgment and he cant see the damage he is causing to do it. His short sightedness and lust too make a name for himself can get him into trouble as he is more likely to act recklessly.
Syrillimus also displayed that he may have a fiery temper when it comes too something threatening Valkyrie and he can become incredibly hostile.
His Space jet is designed to carry cargo, not for dogfights. It isn’t very fast or manoverable.

Profile/History: Like Syrillimus, Valkyrie is a little hot headed and high spirited but is generally a pleasant and sociable femebot.
She seeks too help Syrillimus with his urge to join the Autobot cause, and used Steel’s offer too bring Syrillimus back too Solex to join him and bring his equipment with her.
Valyrie doesn’t like too be though off as weak and is used to defending herself against chauvinistic Malebots with some biting sarcasm and the odd strike to a sensitive area.
Abilities/Weapons: Two Arm mounted triple barrelled cannons (6 points, Fpw 5, rapid fire)
Like Syrillimus, Valyrie was trained by Steel in most forms of combat. She prefers too lay down heavy fire while Syrillimus pummels who ever is left, but she is also more than able to handle herself in a hand to hand combat match.
She is stronger than most fembots and quick with it. Using her speed to strike vital areas of her opponents anatomy to bring them down quickly and cleanly.
Weaknesses: Valkyrie doesn’t have particularly tough armour and shares Syrillimus’s temper when it comes to protecting her partner.

Name:Jury Faction: Autobots Function: Law Bringer Alt Mode: n/a Size: Combiner (Devastator) Motto: “Compliance is mandatory Str: 10 Int: 6 Spd: 0 Agl: 5 End: 10 Skl: 8 Tech: 0 Profile: The first new use of combining technology for many years, Jury was something that Vice-3 and Vector Primus had planned since the very inception of the Vice program. Sadly it took a back seat as the war and politics escalated and the introduction of Fortress Minion negated its need at that time. Now with more resources and backers behind him Vice-6 has found the support in and out of the senate to pursue peacekeeping endeavours with a large-scale budget. He pushed Jury forwards, selecting the very best from within the law enforcement ranks for the elite team. Each was approached quietly and their transfers quickly arranged to the newly rebuilt Vice-HQ. There they were briefed on the new program and had their forms altered with the technology developed during the early days of the Great War. Jury himself is not the brightest combination of sparks ever, like many combiners the mesh of so many different personalities chattering inside his head at once makes even simple functions difficult. Thankfully the Vice engineers had foreseen this and installed several prime directives that he would operate too. By making his thought process streamlined to this small simple set of codes Jury’s reaction time and physical abilities were increased exponentially. That said by combiner standards Jury is smart and whilst working within his set of prime directives can accomplish what he is intended to do. Abilities/Weapons: The components from several team members’ bodies and weapons combine themselves to form The Judge, an experimental and immensely powerful shoulder mounted cannon. Based on an orbital defence design the modified weapon has been recalibrated by Baseline to fit a mobile unit such as Jury. It is capable of levelling entire city blocks but takes time to recharge between shots and uses hideous amounts of energon. Fpw:10 In robot mode Jury can easily lift 4,000,000 tonnes and can shrug off all but the heaviest artillery fire. As a combiner the thoughts of all five component parts dictate the movement of the huge robot yet all are governed by the three Prime Directives implanted into his consciousness: 1. Protect the Innocent 2. Uphold Autobot Law 3. Serve the Public Trust He can also employ the special abilities of those components that form him. Weakness: The Judge cannon uses a lot of energy meaning it cannot sustain long periods of rapid fire not that anything can withstand it for long anyway. His prime directives although effective make dealing with a situation hard from others points of view as Jury will simply address it as black and white.
