Nueroblade shook as he body was slowly torn apart by the sword. His grip of Driveby's fell as his hand lost all power and his optics faded as his chest sparked. Driveby's hands were covered in energon. Nueroblade's body then just hung there on the sword with his weight forcing it down.
As Roadtrain finished his last order, a shuttle rose in front of the smashed window. Through the cockpit window, he could see Phasmatis at the controls. Then the shuttle turned around as laserbolts hit it's hull. Renegade flyers, were in pursuit and closing in. The shuttle turned 45 degrees and headed upwards with the Renegades giving chase. Soon, all the shuttle and jets disappeared into the clouds of the storms that still persisted even though Atlas was dead and no longer in control of his tower.
Everyone watched as Incendius was gone. To some a friend and to others only a comrade. Though opinion of him varied, one thing was certain, none of them wanted to share his fate in the hands of his so-called brother. Computic looked the most dis taught out of everyone. He had turned his back on his friend when he needed him the most during the entire fiasco with Atlas and Omega city. The pain he felt for his friend that had stuck up for him during training didn't compare to what he was feeling in his spark.
Finally, the medical bots arrived and reinforcements, followed by none other but Omnitron. He looked at Roadtrain first and then at the rest of the Renegades. He could see the look on all of them, that expression of personal defeat, the look of a battle fought and lost. Even though this new generation of Renegades had performed the impossible, beating an army that out-numbered them, Omnitron knew something terrible had gone wrong. And he dared not say anything to upset them further. Even when he saw that Atlas was dead and that the mission was to capture him, he knew better at this moment to push the issue.
Instead he pushed the medical teams to work faster. He could see that there were Renegades down and hurt. It looked as if some wouldn't make it and that some were all ready gone. It was a miracle that that so many of them had survived this long.
Hardstirke, Driveby and Deadbolt were the only Renegades who weren't as badly hurt as the rest and soon they began to help their comrades who were clinging to life. None of them noticed that the storm actually started to fade away faster then a normal storm. This was because Omega city had lowered it's self down from the sky and was settling down in to it's original spot in the ground.
As the massive city came down to rest with a massive boom from the metal on top of metal contact, everything seem to become silent. It was the quietest the city had been in years and the most peaceful.
But even with the all the chaos that had taken place in this city now gone, it wouldn't be long for it's heroes to rise and take on the next challenge Cybertron would be faced with.
The End.
