I think he's worth it. From what I've seen, he's a Triple Changer (three modes: two vehicle, one vehicle and robot mode), a Headmaster (Omega's head is actually a smaller Transformer!) and a Combiner (he combines with Energon Prime).

[glow=blue,2,000]Nothing compairs to the original. His colors are ugly and he's nothing more then a chunk of plastic. Sure he has a few modes but he ain't no Fortress Maximus or Sixshot. The old OS would put the claw on him and back slap him back to the drawing board.
By any other name the toy stands out only because of its loud colors. I mean what makes him special? Compaired to any toy in Energon? No style. [/glow]

L7, it appears you are really intent to bash this toy. In case you haven't noticed, he's about the size of Armada Unicron, all of the above I said still goes, and his colours aren't THAT loud. (in that respect, you could consider the likes of Jetfire and Inferno as loud too) Of course, my attempts to make you think otherwise about him are completely futile........but now, at least I can say I've tried!

[glow=blue,2,000]But really, since when does size have anything to do with how good a toy can be? I mean Unicron isn't as big a Fort Max, and we all know he should be, but he's still an great toy. And considering what he transforms into.... big deal. There are far superior works in energon, simple and slick to pure awesomeness. I'd perfer the new reissue Bumble Bee with his new TV face over his guy any day. Give him a different piant job.... make him blue my favourite color.... he's just a TF who's really big and has a name he doesn't deserve. He looks like one of those McDonald Gobots or whatever.... As for what he transforms into... its just a combiner.... big deal. Now that I think about it he has the same sissor like hands Blot has. This.... Compaired to this! Oh please! No contest. The original stands out and will be remember forever while this cheap 2nd generation OS (Unless there was a OS before this one) fades away. The bigger they are don't matter, if that was the case Unicron is the best TF ever? Then Fort Max? The what Scoropnok? All great toys but your forgeting about a the G1 originals and the Beast War toys.[/glow] [glow=blue,2,000][/glow]

I beg to differ, L7. Energon O-S' colour scheme is, in my mind, superior over G1 O-S' colours. (although G1-accurate colours WOULD have been nice) The reason for this is extremely simple: variety. Also, while G1 O-S was one of the most superior toys of his age, this guy just tops that off. As for your final remark, have something to say about that too:
1: Unicron's prototypes were, to put it, really, realy lame. The BWNeo didn't even come CLOSE to how Uni should look, and the G1 prototype was just plain sad.
2: Fort Max. Who can forget that guy? Biggest ever, best poseability for a G1, recently appeared as well and most weaponry. Ever. Nuff said. ;D
3: Beast Wars Scorponok was lame, G1 Scorponok ruled, but wastoo dependant on his Headmaster. Another unforgettable name in TF history. Please, don't ever bring the likes of Beast wars into discussions like this one again: most of the name reuses were nothing short of really sad.
In order to make some sense, I'll say this: I say Energon O-S is better, and YOU say G1 O-S is better. Big Deal. ;D I just wanna show you he's NOT as horrible as you make him out to be, though.

[glow=blue,2,000]The original Omega Supreme was the first TF to walk with batterys in him. New Omega maybe able to move all his limbs but can he move on his own?
And if you want to say that the articulation of a toy make him better, then G1 has no worth compaired to the Beast War TFs. I think not.
But that on a general level. You can mismatch and compair all day and night but when it comes to style and quality Original Omega has new Omega beat.
The only good thing I can say about new Omega is that his front car looks like a battleship.[/glow]

L7, that's because one of his separate vehicle modes IS a battleship.

[glow=blue,2,000]The colors on Energon OS are off balenced. Yellow on one side and the other side is blue while the middle is red and black. Energon coloring sucks, look at Combiner Prime and Scorponok, even one of the guys I like Bulkhead has lame colors.[/glow]
