I've got weights.I just look at them.To scared to touch them.I'd need to take a vacation if I touched then.Its been awhile......but last Saturday I tossed around 4 50lbs rims with mud tires on them.Hated it!

Not a "Fitness nut" but I generally walk/ride bike everywhere, the latter to work every day and back as I don't drive. I do go to the gym once a week, recently returning the week before last after a bit of a long *cough* hiatus. I just like it cause it's fun, keeps the weight off and keeps me motivated.
Been going on/off to the gym for a couple of years. Before I started, I was already considering going when a couple of my then work mates who were doing the cancer run for life thing said why don't I (go.) I said I was considering it but the only time I could really go was the weekend. So I was thinking about it - then I got ill. Not seriously ill, just generally run down and stuff. Now I don't know about some of you but when I get ill of any kind I, I really don't feel like eating or cooking. When I got over it, I had lost quite a bit of weight, which it couldn't of hurt - losing a bit anyway. So although it was unintentional [the weight loss) I started going to the gym to keep it off. Now as said, it just keeps me focused and I get motivated when I go with personal goals rather than it being about look or shape.

Did 4 repoes the other day. Think Ill start with riding a bike. Lmao. Funkin Florida heat,humidity.
