[glow=red,2,300]Well?![/glow] [glow=blue,2,000]Ok, back to the Metallikato, it doesn't take the energy blast ability of circuit-su but uses other elements concerning the conditioning of the mind.[/glow]

Metallikato
Metallikato is perhaps the most arcane and rare of the Cybertronian combat arts. It incorporates elements of mental conditioning of Circuit-Su, along with the hand-tohand combat of Crystalocution, but it alsomixes in a strong element of spirituality, encouriging practioners to attune themselves with powers higher than themselves to attain their goals. Metallikato has a strict code of ethics that its students are required to follow in order to achieve true mastery. The combat attacks range between standard hand-to-hand to edged and blunt weapon attacks, providing practitioners with a versatility in battle that is difficult to match. Although it emphasises variety as a menas to superiority, master of edged-weapon combat is the primarily hallmark of those who study Metallikato.

According to the site Lust found, a few highly advanced practicioners of Metalliko can release their spark energy and shoot it a opponents. However, this usually doesn't happen. Metalliko is more of a martial arts type thing, focusing on using your body to hurt people, and using weapons. Circuit-Su focuses on using your inner spark energy to disable your opponent.
And...concerning fazing and the question Lust asked, if you get paralyzed you cannot teleport. There's no reason to believe that a Cybertronian's nervous system uses a different kind of circuits than any other system in their body. So, and blast capable of scrambling their circuits for movement would scramble all their other circuits too, including the ones that control teleportation.
