Jazz took his blaster and began to open fire on the massive plant. "You got the plan, I got your back! Bumblebee said as he darted forward with a charge in hand, hearing the noise rumbling through the forest. |

*Jazz's question was quickly answered when the ground around the base of the plant began to tremble and break up, the plant seemed to be uprooting itself...
A great bing chunk of earth broke up on the ground to the side of the plant to reveal a very thick root, the tendril raised up into the air for a second as if to get a sense of the area around him before planting root firnly on the gorund... Simultaneously three similar spots around the base of the plant up rooting three more tendrils which planted themselves down...
In an instant the plant moved forward ripping the base below the stem away from the ground useing the four tendrils like feet. Still on fire, now half way up ythe plant the giant weed, still holdfing smokescreen lunged for Jazz, it's head acting like a giant pair of jaws...

He shot back off into the air, transforming into jet mode. Bumblebee had dived over a smaller tentacle like vine and was about to slam the charge onto the base of the plant when it uprooted itself. As the ground split asunder he was thrown backwards, tumbling into a bush nearby. |

*Tentecles snapped out at Slingshot in the air, but the Autobot was too fast for the plant. Qucikly the plant lifted smokescreen and squezzed tightly around the Autobots body as he moved the Autobot within reach of the plants's giant head and mouth, within seconds Smokescreen was in the edge of the plant's teeth about to be swallowed whole, and guestering that it would do so....*

Jazz was now ready for surprises. The planet struck out at him but he moved in time. Ducking under the attacking tenticule, Jazz rolled foward once and was back up on his feet.
Realizing that Smokescreen didn't have much time left and that their tactics weren't working, he comlinked the team while weaving his way out of ant further strikes from the gaint plant.
[comlink]"Listen up team! Smokescreen is running out of time,. Slingshot, get to him now! Ratchat, front and center! We need your srcaplets to cut in to this thing! Bumble Bee, me and you on distraction for Ratchet. Transform and make it happen!"[/comlink]
Jazz transformed just as a second lunge from the plant came. It shot over the roof of his car, missing him by inches. If he hadn't transformed, he could of been cut in half. He drove away and tried to look for a clear path to drive through and go ahead with his improvision plan.

Ratchet flipped her laser tools out, double checking that they were undamaged, After a quick test, she was satisfied. She began to run foward for the plant and couldn't help the sour expression her face took on. Having to face combat didn't sit with her as she wasn't armed or a warrior trained for combat for that matter.
But an autobot's spark was on the line here, and she had to do what she had to do. She ran forward, jumping over a fallen tree, hoping no more vines shot out of the ground again.

*Jazz realise he could dive through the four "feet" of the plant and could seepen right under it, he just hoped the others could keep it distracted.. Ratchet meanshile rushed towards the great over-grown plant jumping ove the tree trunk, thankfully no vines came for her (yet  ) as it was too distracted by the others, with great speed she came closer towards the plant within immediate procinity of it as she advanced forward...* |

"Slingshoooooot! For Primus' sake man!!! DOoooooo something!!!!!!", yelled the bot from above who was now using his feet to keep the lower jaw open and the upper one with his arms as the plant tried to chomp down on the Autobot....

Jazz raced under the plant as fast as he could. As he went under he transformed with his blaster in hand when he became a robot. He slide with the momentum and opened fire at point blank range. As he slowed down he began to roll to get out from under the monster.

Ratchet saw she was close enough but kept running towards the plant. At the last moment, she jumped up and lashed out at the creature with her laser cutters.

Bumblebee leapt and rolled out of the way of the various tentacle like vines lashing about. He fired at the plant creature to try and keep it from foscuing on any one thing for too long.

Slingshot flew at the gaping maw and Smokescreen, swingin from side to side to avoid incoming tentacles. At the last second he transformed, his momentum carrying him forwards and with saber in hand slashed at the vine holding his Autobot friend and tryiong to grab him off the rim of the plant's 'mouth'.
