Ok this is what really happened...

Tron found a decent supply of the H20 behind the bar, mainly kept their for organic alien clinetele that couldn't stomach Cybertronian High Grade Oils.

Like a madmech, Tron just started throwing the water bottle out like crazy. Aiming at all the broken up groups of scraplets that were all around. [glow=blue,2,000]"Don't let this stuff stay on ya too long, it'll cause some permanent damage!"[/glow]

The water started sloshing all over the Scraplets and killing them until only a handful of about 6 or so were left scuttling away in a group.

Tron jumped over with a bottle that was half full of water, pouring it all over himself for extra protection before throwing it away. He ran at the scraplets with his gun out, aimed at them.
[glow=blue,2,000]"All right, listen up."[/glow] He said as he cocked the power level on his laser gun up higher. [glow=blue,2,000]"I know you understand what I'm saying. You have the right to remain slient. I have the right to blast your miniturized tail pipes if you so much as mouth off. You are now under arrest."[/glow]
He then grabbed a bottle of some other type of drink, popped off the cap that stayed attached on and emptied it quickly. He then rolled it towards the group. [glow=blue,2,000]"Get in the bottle now. That whiskeyagon won't kill you, but I will if you try to run out."[/glow]

Tron fired a shot to cut them off from escaping.

The scraplets showed no sign of stopping and Tron being a officer of his word aimed again, this time to end the murdering little creatures. He was about to squeeze the trigger when a energy shot came from nowhere and hit his gun hand, blowing most of it and three fingers off. Tron's blasted and the shards of metal that were his digits clattered to the ground. Within the same few seconds a energy bubble hit the scraplets and trapped them.
The Vice Officers all turned to see the Chief standing alongside two mechs at the dance area entrance holding a smoking blaster.

A female Autobot next to him holding a small box like deive projecting the force bubble holding the scraplets moved forwards, totally ignoring the Vice Officers and checking the containemt of the Scraplets.
They're secured she said as she checked the read outs to be sure. The force bubble elevating off the ground, still holding the few remaining creatures.

She turned and looked at the four battered and annoyed Officers, Tron inparticular who looked like he wanted to hit something with his good hand.
okay... I'm with the Cybertronian Species Observatory, the CSO, it's our job to maintain surveillance on any species our people come inbto contact with especially ones inhabiting Cybertron. We have a responsibility to protect them and Cybertron from each other and maintain peace
