Apache began to get anxious in his seat as he guided the ship towards the base. 'What ever happen to the old day when the old universal greeting was all you needed? Gran-na-nu-na-nu! No wait thats not it....'

Parromime chuckled
Parromime: "You'd be in trouble right now if they did use it."

'Ba-nana-banana? Ba-no-bow-wow-wow?' Apache gave up on trying to figure out the Universal greetings and took the ship in.

OOc: feel free to join Stamepede on the bridge or go back to your regular duties/de-brief/chill out from the "mission"
The ride in was plain and the old place looking exactly how they had left it three deca-cycles ago. As the ship landed it landed with a slight bump with Apache's piloting skills. Within a few clicks the engines were shut of and slowly began to burn down. The cargo bay ramp slowly released and extended down to the cold metallic floor, where skid marks from emergency landing drills had been practised eons ago, were still scorched into the floor. The bay, slightly tidier since Grunt had cleaned it* was however still a bit of a pickle due to their sudden departure.
On the vid comms, stampede watched the arrivals exit the ship on the vid feed.

Killer Punch was the first to step out of the ship and back into the HQ. He stretched a little, finally out of the claustrophobic shuttle. He turned to the others
KP: "Take some r-and-r guys, I will see to Apache in the bridge. Good job team."
Killer Punch turned and exited the bay, heading straight for the bridge.

"Welcome home Killa", greeted Stampede as his fellow comrade as he entered the bridge, "Sorry about all the security, but there's only a skeleton crew aboard, the rest have gone on some rescue with Noble Convoy.
"How was your mission?"

Killer Punch saluted Stampede
KP: "The mission was a success. We eradicated the nest, should keep them away for a while, but you know they always come back. How long has Convoy been gone?"

"About 2 & 1/2 Deca-cycles now according to the computer's astro-navigation", replied the medic, "Something about an sos mission, probably just some illegal aliens pushing their immigration boundaries again.."

KP: "Have you heard anything from them?"
Back in the cargo bay, Parromime was standing in the doorway looking out to his team
Parromime: "So, how about I get you those drinks?"

"Nothing, quiet as a cybertonian slug pit", replied Stampede, "Do me a favour would you? That monitor on the computer console over there keeps blinking. Take a look at it for me? I'm not good with computers! It's dinoboss' station, I guess he was doing something before he left.."

Killer Punch nodded at Stampede and walked over to the security chiefs console.
KP: "You'd think they'd at least have reported in what the SOS was all about by now, don't you agree?"
KP leaned over the console and looked at the screen. he inspected it a little further before sitting down in front of the station.
KP: "You know what Dinoboss was up to before they left? Looks like he was going through security cam footage, and not just any but the camera in the hall in front of Shriekers quarters."

Apache heard Parromine's offer. 'Just one astro-second buddy bot, I need to find a maintenance crew to look after the ship. Hey you, yes you my good gentle-bot.'
Apache saw one of the members of the skeleton crew and walked up to him, ignoring the fact that this crew member was involved with some other task. 'Hello there, listen we have no time for autographs. That ship, that ship right there needs some love. And you look like the right mech for the job. Now she's a fickle creature but a gentle touch will allow her to cooperate with you and she'll be like bubbly puddy in the palm of your hand. She needs a over haul in engine two, some spanner work on her hyper drive and a fresh coat of paint on her under belly. Oh, and no comments about her under belly. Its a little bigger then most ships and the on-board computer is a little sensitive about that. Watch for any ick-ack eggs too, they might have hatch by now and started chewing on the wires unless the mynocks got them first. Now listen, don't go pulling any crazy stunts with her. No stunt flying but if you have to take her out for a spin have her home by 10.'
Bil-wilderness fell on to the space station crew member that Apache had spoken to and left as the crazy pilot walked back to Parromine. 'Time to consume energon! Now don't get to heavy on that stuff Parromime. You start to say crazy things after too many shots of the good stuff.'
