Deep in space a small rag-tag bunch of Cybertronians from the Maximal Peace-Keeping Corps return home from another successful mission. Led by their senior strategist Killer Punch and consisting of warriors, a Doctor, a scout and an espionage expert they remain weary but triumphant as they return to the elongated pyramid-shaped headquarters of the Cybertronian Peace Keeping Corps...
(OOC: Okay folks, feel free to banter, I'll leave it up to you to decide what the mission was)

Killer Punch stood in the center of the vessel tiny bridge. He stood with his fists on his waste, in a good mood from the recent mission.
"You did good team. We handle that Ick-Yak problem with ease. I know it's not as glamorous as dealing with Destrons but it has to be done to keep people safe."

Sitting in the pilot seat, with his legs up on the dash board, the crazy Transformer known as Apache aimed his rifle at the stars in space, pretending to fire at each glowing light while making "phew, phew" sounds.
'Hey don't sell the mission short boss bot! I love blastin' me some Icky-Yackies until their sticky-Yackies! Next time I gonna have to get me one of their heads to mount up over the weapon rack back home. It'll finish off my collection!'

Snowdart was sitting hunched on his chair with his elbow joints resting on his knees, cleaning his lower arms and hands.
An Ick-Yak had swallowed one of his tools and, once having been blasted by Apache, he'd stuck his hands in the mess trying to find it. While he had managed to find it in one piece, his hands and lower half of his arms had been covered in gore.
This was the 20th time he'd cleaned himself since getting on the ship. "And when it comes to that you'll have my full support" He said. "I hate those blasted things..." he mumbled.

Parromime stood in his chair and shoved against the console to turn himself around. The chair obviously was meant for someone of a larger scale but he didn't mind it. He spoke up in his always cheerful voice.
"I agree, they are pretty nasty. Tromping and stomping around. Who knows how those things manage to keep spreading around, right KP?"
Killer Punch nodded then looked out at the approaching HQ.
"Apache, raise HQ and get clearance to land. We will get debriefed and take some much needed R and R."
Parromime clapped his hands together and smiled
"First round is on me, guys!"
He swiveled his chair around and plopped down into it.

"It is curious," Eko mused from his own corner of the ship's bridge. "Their numbers never seem to dwindle. I imagine that nest will be teeming with the creatures again within a deca-cycle. Still... I cannot deny it was a useful, and satisfying mission." He was seated at one side of the bridge, his deactivated electro-staff leaning against his chair and one hand resting lightly on a console.
"I detected signs indicating that nest may have been part of a larger colony elsewhere on the planet," he continued. "I will file a report and suggestion that HQ send additional scouting parties, sir."

Before Apache could get onto HQ a thump hit the side of the ship making them all look to one another, time passed then silence, then another thud on the ship. Although occasional they were getting more and more timely and frequent as if something was hitting the side of the ship, getting louder and louder and beginning to shake the ship with each hit....

"Apache, evasive maneuvers. Does anyone have a visual? Why haven't the scanner picked up anything."
Killer Punch put a hand up on one of the low hanging bulk heads to support himself as the ship shook

"Multiple contacts. Unable to establish visual as of yet. Sir... I cannot identify them. Readings indicate a large number of objects on intercept trajectories; the ship is sustaining heavy impacts." The ship's shaking had knocked Eko's staff free of its place leaning on his chair, though the 'bot ignored it as it rolled to some corner of the bridge. His hands passed over feedback panels on the console, each one offering a confusing tumult of data from the ship's sensors as he tried to make sense of the events happening around them. One hand gripped the arm rest on his chair as a particularly violent tremor threatened to throw him from his seat.
"Sir, are we under attack?"

Apache turned off the auto-pilot and grabbed the controls. 'The joystick is a fighting but I got control of her captain! Fire all guns and let's give these invisible space invaders some frakin' slag! Oh. should I still contact HQ?'
Despite his question, used his other hand to try and contact HQ on his radio control.
The crazy mech began to move the ship in the most bizarre motions only a crazed robot could. Nothing form the book or outside of the box, the only way to describe the way Apache made the ship move was that is was out of control!

Computer:
ALERT! ASTERIOD BELT AHEAD. ALERT! ASTEROID BELT DETECTED IN THIS VICINITY.
Apache received nothing but static on the comms as the thuds got louder and more frequent as the asteroids bounced of the hull of the ship. Slowly they headed deeper in towards more, full sized asteroids the shape and size of giant moons....

"Apache, navigate these asteroids the best you can!"
Killer Punch sat down in the slightly undersized captains chair and strapped in
"How does an asteroid belt pop up out of no where?"

'You got it boss!' With both hands on the controls now, Apache navigated the ship away from the area where most of the hits to the ship came from.
Apache then decided to offer his own opinion on who was attacking them. 'Its the ghosts of the Ick-Yaks! They heard us talking about them and now their here for revenge! Our shields won't stop them and our blasters won't affect them! I'll get us out of here! HANG ON TIGHT!'

"Your guess is as good as mine Killer Punch"
Snowdart strapped himself in after nearly falling off his chair. Going over and over in his head the multiple situations he'd rather be in than have Apache in the pilots seat. Still, even he had to admit that the highly energetic bot appeared to be doing a good job at navigating the belt even though, from what Snowdart could hear, it was very thickly populated with Asteroids. He rolled his optics at Apache's theory.

Apache saw more and more asteroids whipping past the main view port. It seemed to excite him even more. "Can we shoot these things, can we? I know, let the blind guy drive, he can't be any worse then me! Or wait, maybe if I close my optics....'
A large bang was heard as a asteroid hit the side of the ship. 'Joke! I was joking! Ok bad idea! But I have a good one, I'm going to get in closer to one of the bigger asteroids!'
