Not TTF's website, the one I'm making for someone....
Man, coding sucks! All I'm trying to do is making a simple little site, and when ever I try it on a different browser, it falls apart!

Even though you're not talking about TTF's site, I can still relate.
I'm with a service who's web builder only works in IE, who's web builder tells me I can't upload an image because of the active X not installed, when I know it's fine, (Hence the lack of updates), trying to make it look good in all browsers and resolutions.. Igh it's a nightmare!

I had a simular problem. My client bought a Go Daddy site that uses Linux or Windows operating systems to build websites and etc. I'm on a MAC and I was using Safari. I couldn't upload images on to the site and I didn't know why. I changed to Firefox and and it worked. Talk about pain in the ' '

I can relate, I've taken 4 web development classes, and there are a lot of this you must do with Javascript to get a site to work well in all browsers.

I am seriously worried about TTF's website and it's future. They have a Webcomposer, but it only works in the inefficient (IMO) Internet Explorer. At the time I moaned to them about it and they made their WebEditor, a slightly different method usable in Firefox, Chrome etc. I was happy. Now however they are intent on screwing that up. The new resizing images method is terrible and more awkward but worse than that. I can't even use the WebEditor know because of the new way you resize things like boxes and column templates. Already it's displaying differently in the WebEditor and I can't - and darn't, update it because of these changes as it'll just look screwy! I've sent an e-mail to their support, and kept it calm and reasonable (Despite wanting to shout at them!, so we'll see what they say. It's the site's 5th anniversary in August this year, I'm just hoping it makes it. Right now I really don't need to be looking around for a new host, especially as overall the service has been good up until now, and i get so much space! Not a happy bunny.

Internet Explorer sucks. I can imagine why they would want to use it. Now I could be wrong but I think IE was going to try and make a come back but from what I know is there are other much better internet surfers out there.

They're looking into things. Thankfully they keep getting back to me and the support service is swift and fast! Good support system at least. (Another reason why I'd hate to leave.)
