There was a story in the annual about a new form of nulcleon that they all took and it reversd the non tranforming effects but this is a very dodgy out of continuity story. Apart from that im not entriely sure.

It's a cover-up, all right? Continuity error. That kind of stuff. But you have to admit, Grimlock was cool.
