Yeah, I never said they have a respiratory system, I said they breathe. I'm just being a pain But yes, causing any damage to the intake for cooling purposes wouldn't have any significant effect in most cases. I agree.

I know you never said respiratory, but thats what this discussion is about. And the discussion wouldn't have gotten this far, but you had decided to be a pain. Don't do that again, while I appreciate your passion for TF, if your going to be a pain about it, then I don't think I can take you seriously in an rpg or other subject and threads on TTF for that matter. Its a waste of time and the whole point of me bring it up was to understand where Neo Convoy was coming from and to get myself and those involved in the rpg all on the same frame of mind.

In case you need to know how big the docking bay/Unicron's mouth is.... times 100! And the shuttle you came in on isn't as big as the Enterprise, more like 1/10th of it's size if the Enterprise was able to transport Transformers the way it does humans. We are talking about Unicron here after all.

"Doesn't it worry anyone else that Junkions, a whole culture based on rebuilding things, especially from junk are on Unicron's head? I hope they haven't done any work on the inside of this place!" LOL!

Since Transformers can change their bodies, put on extra armor and detach certain parts of their body's, then this rpg will allow you to do the same as well. As long as it's within your point range.
For example, if your character has to go on a mission that requires a sniper rifle but you have say a heavy blaster and a pair of shoulder canons, make the changes needed for you to use the sniper rifle. So perhaps with the sniper rifle, you now carry a medium blaster. As long as the points don't go other the limit your fine.
In Deadbolt and Metalingus case, where both robots have shoulder blasters/canons, simple have them detached if you desire and rearm with something else. I'll allow for all hand held weapons to be concealable in robot mode.
With this in mind, I might have another look at the weapons guide in term of what kind of shoulder blasters/canons are concealable in robot mode. Might depend on what you transform into or the size of the shoulder blasters/canons.

Deadbolt doesn't have shoulder cannons, currently he's set up with a heavy blaster, but I've said it's stored on his back when not in use.

Then I think the Scattorshot image we used for him has confused me then, lol! Maybe I'll edit his picture later this weekend.

Can still have Hoist cover up Deadbolt's blaster with a hologram, seeing as it will just be hanging off his back in robot mode or on his roof in vehicle mode.
