Right! There's been no date set for the next Renegade RPG The Omega Kingdom, but as we all know the more we get done the sooner things can start. From what I can remember, Hoist, Neo, Bomblast, Highram and Onix have posted either characters or an interest in the next installment.
I still have to talk to Hoist about when the best time to kick things off, so this thread might be premature so forgive me if it is, but out of respect for the other RPGs and other peoples plans I want to get the OK before I go full speed.
So read the two threads I have posted in this forum, they should answer questions and bring many of you up to speed about the RPG and what should happen. It makes all our lives easier. You don't need to know the Renegade history, your character can also not know a thing about them except that their some group of freedom fighters from Cybertron's history. And I mean anceint history, like greek and roman times. Thats Hoist's idea and I think it's a good one for in and out of game purposes.
I haven't had a chance to relax and look at the new Renegade profiles in CD, but Im done school and after a lazy day or so I'll get on that. Hopefully come friday, all interested parties can meet in the chatroom and we can have ourselves some fun times while discussing the rpg.
Here's to seeing you all in the game!

So far everyone had been approved and rank assigned. Remember these can change, depends what your character does, I think it's only fair. But remember, what's rank to a Renegade? I know Hoist is going to post Hardstrike very soon, leaving a couple to a few players left to sign up. With that said, I can get things rolling this week, if not as soon as tomorrow!

He'd set it to a low freqeuncy,so perhaps a little respiratory malfunction at most... As in breathing?

Transformers don't breath.

They gasp alot. And as of the beginning of Beast Wars Cybertron seems to have an atmosphere.

I disagree. They do "breathe." Machines get hot and need to take in air to keep cool. How else would a transformers take in air?

Computers have fans so there's probably some in-built cooling system meaning "breathe" or the need for it is obsolete.

Not really, as fans in computers pull in air from outside of the computer. Without external, cool air it is just circulating hot air.

Computers and Machines take in air but they don't breath. Yes they to cool down their inner mechanics but in not always a constant action as it is with organic life that needs to breath constantly, except when holding its breath of course.
Machines and Computers don't always need to take in air, so it does not suffocate like an organic life form who needs oxygen for their lungs. So cutting off the air intake of a machine would cause it to over heat, not suffocate and pass out like a organic life form for they don't rely on a pair of lungs or oxygen for survival. Huge difference.
In the case of the Nuller ray, on a low setting would properly make the robot in question slow or woozy in the head, as for shutting off its cooling process sure, but if thats all a Nuller ray blast did then it wouldn't really have much effect on a robot who's systems were at a low temperature.
I have no problem with how anyone wants to inter put how a Transformer cools it's self down. However, air intakes around a Transformers body or other methods of cooling would be needed for Transformers without mouths, those who venture and stay underwater for great periods of time and perhaps even Transformers spending an active time in space.

Hence why I said "breathe." Breathing is just the simple act of taking in air. There is no better way to describe it besides breathing. Not saying that they need to take in air to live, just that a transformer, in the simplest definition of the word, would breathe in some sense.

There are better ways to describe it because I asked Neo Convoy if he meant breathing since he mentioned respiratory. He could of said air in takes or cooling systems since robots don't constant take in air or as you said 'breathe' because breathing is constant and needed for humans and animals to stay alive. But even so, even if TFs called it breathing, shutting down a TFs air in takes, or 'breathing' system won't cause them any immediate problems or a respiratory malfunction since TFs don't rely on oxygen for survival. While I imagine that if a TF did over heat the possible outcome could be as small as shutting down to more serious damage as burnt out circuits to even even exploding. But shutting down a TF air in take function for a few seconds is about as threatening as shutting off their headlight batteries while their in robot mode during the day in bored day light.
