Episode 2 - Instruments of Construction

[Bomblast]

Punch's engine roared as he accelerated. He fell in behind Hot Shot, but ahead of Tapout. He reckoned he could overtake Hot Shot, but decided not to get into a race.

"ETA to the fuel depot?"

[Onix Solo]

Ratchet: "About ten minutes at this speed."

Out in the distance the smoke from the Depot could be seen rising into the air.

[Hoist]

Tracks accelerated as he caught up with Punch and slid between him and Hot Shot, still in a playful mood, despite the oncoming danger. "Some things never change with this Decepticons!"

[WildFire]

WildFire transformed and hovered over the smoke. "Visibilty is

slim to none, no sign of Decepticons yet." She said over the

comlink.

[Onix Solo]

Tapout: -"Okay, just keep an eye out. A lot of Decepticons can fly and so your flight won't be an advantage to most of them."-

Tapout slammed it into full speed

Tapout: "Okay people! Lets get there double time!"

It wasn't long until the Autobots exited the highway and arrived in front of the large fuel depot. Tapout and Ratchet transformed first, then Hot Shot and Beachcomber.

Tapout: "Gather up scraplets and make sure your audio receptors are at full functionality. I'm only gunna say this once, and I don't want any mistakes."

[Hoist]

Tracks drove to one of the huge cylinder tankards and transformed, naturally taking out his blaster to be wary. Carefully he Crouched and looked about for signs of the enemy..

[Onix Solo]

The autobots assembled near Tapout and settled down.

Tapout: "Okay, three teams. Watch each others back. Hot Shot, Tracks are team one. Punch, take Beachcomber and Wildfire with you. Ratchet your with me. Me and you are going to go see who we are messing with, the other team keep watch and get ready."

Everyone teamed up and went their separate ways as Tapout and Ratchet entered the fuel depot and walked through the parking lot and smoke. It wasn't after a few paces that the smoke cleared and a pair of green and purple figures could be seen standing with their backs to them. The wider on turned to the two senior autobots.

Mixmaster: "What do we have here. Looks like some Autobots, Scrapper."

Scrapper: "Sure does Mix. Don't recognize the green one, but the red and white on rings a bell."

Tapout looked over to Ratchet

Tapout: "You know these guys?"

Ratchet: "Unfortunately, we've ran into each other a few times before this. They have a habit of showing up then getting beat."

Dirtboss walked out from between the other two Decepticons

Dirtboss: "I think you got the wrong impression of us the first time, pops. This time this are going to go a little different. Constructicons, lets deal with these pests."

Dirtboss leaped into the air and the other 2 tranformed and combined down the middle. Dirtboss transformed and landed in the top of the combined body forming its head. They now towed over the Autobots. Tapout and Ratchet took several steps back.

Devastator: "I. AM. DEVASTATOR!"

[WildFire]

WildFire stepped back a little. "Umm, could he do that the last time

you fought him?" She asked Ratchet.

[Bomblast]

Punch looked up at Devastator.

"Oh....That is not good. Not in the slightest."

[Onix Solo]

Ratchet shook his head.

Ratchet: "No. No they couldn't."

Devastator lifted his foot and tried to smash it down on Ratchet and Tapout. Tapout moved quickly, shoving ratchet out of the way and rolling to safety.

Tapout: "Autobots scramble!"

[Bomblast]

"That an order to attack, sir?"
+++COMM+++

[Onix Solo]

Tapout leaped over a vehicle and took cover behind it

Tapout: --"That's a 'don't get slagged' order, soldier! But attacking is quite an option!"--

Hot Shot leaped into motion

Hot Shot: "I'll bet my speed over his brawn any day of the week!"

Hot Shot skidded around Devastators back and his flamethrowers flipped around on his arms. He shot a stream of flames into Devastators back

[Bomblast]

"Orders received and understood sir."
+++COMM+++

With that, Punch drew his blasters and looked over at Beachcomber.

"Stay a safe distance away from that thing. Keep me covered, make sure you move about every couple of shots."

With that, Punch vaulted over the cover he was behind and took a couple of shots at Devastator while running for some more cover.

[WildFire]

WildFire flew up and transformed, "Not to sound cheesy, but

you know what they say, the bigger you are the harder you fall!"

She shouted as she began firing her cannons at the giant Decepticon.

[Hoist]

Tracks snuck around the giant oil drums, crouching, keeping low whilst he got a good look at this thing. [b]"I hate when constructicons do that!"[/b][/color] (Combine), thought Tracks.
