edit: Yeah, I can't find the amount of tech spec points I can use on my guy. But I did find the weapons and powers list. My guys has a gun which I figure can be a heavy blaster and a grenade launcher, so thats about 5 points there. But what about his horns and his head? He's basicly a battling ram when in his alternate mode. [/glow]

I'd prefer basic because Transmetal implies the technology that came to create it and the series Beast Wars, where as this is completely independent. And they'd have to be a reason why they're transmetal. For now anyway, it complicates things.
