Actually posting has come to a slow pace, so posting is good. More of it means I can move on to the next chapter. But I know some of us have somethings to deal with in the real world at the moment.

Yup...
That's life though
======
Two things though...
1. Did Valkyrie's comm not go through?
and
2. Max got tooooold (LOL j/k) Sorry... despite the very grim nature it's funny that the medic is telling of the commander... wait that happened in Star Trek a bunch of times... Especially in TOS where Bones would tell off Kirk
Ah, good times!

Valkyrie's com did go through, but with no real changes or new info to report, there isn't anything to react to. Plus Max is not in the best place right now as he has the death of an Autobot hero on his hands.
Ratchet has been protrayed as a out spoken Autobot in different incarnations. Whether it's with patients or Optimus Prime himself. And I think Doctor Leonard McCoy has been a influence on his character from time to time.

Gotcha, just wanted to make sure before I went all
'Hey, Commander... I'm talkin to you!"
XP
So I'll post again after another reply or so, since I can't really say anything else at the moment

Upon taking a 2nd look, I decided to change it since I didn't explain Max Convoy's moment of self doubt and despair well enough.

I know, however if I left something out that would of communicated what I wanted to get across better, I would rather change it then leave it. Considering this is a message forum rpg that gives us the advantage to edit things, then I say take full advantage of it to make this better. Its not like a chatroom rpg where things happen and its pretty much left in stone.

Acid Rain
Like the acid rain from the cartoon, this stuff isn't nice. However, its not as powerful as the liquid in the show, that would over do things here. However you don't want to stay out in it. So standard Autobot armour will help to keep you insides safe but the rain does burn a little. Don't let it get in your eyes. And the Emptys will be far wosre off then the Raiders.

I for one appreciate that clarification, as I was under the impression whe were going to have to find some possible non-existant cover...

Maccadam's Old Oil House. The only thing I'm changing here is the neutral grounds part. I mean really, would you trust a bunch of drunk Decepticons not to shoot at you? No Decepticons are around the Oil House... at least not at the moment.

From the 19th to the 23rd of this month, I won't be able to post. Me and SD are going to Venice for the week.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll make one of your characters pass out from too much energon larger and another take a long trip to the washroom.

I know I already posted... but, I had a thought...
Would the Raiders have already made some sort of after-action report statement thing? (the actual name escapes me at the moment...)

A field report?
Hmm, I would imagine no, only because this stage of the conflict is more gorilla-like warfare. So I don't think there would be official reports made up like government agents and police officers do. I don't know how Transformers do it, but I suppose downloading parts of their memory would be one possible way. The reports would be left up to the officers of the group, or at least the commander in charge. Anyone else would be brought in for questioning to provide evidence or a recount of the events that transpired.
So you guys haven't been asked to provide your account of the mission, at least not yet. You've been given some time to relax between now and the news of what Optimus Prime has in-store for the Raiders.
Really liking the discussion the Raiders are having right now gang, good stuff.
