Not a bad episode... introduces new bad guys
Starscream is surely enjoying the Lord monicker
The flashback thing reminds me of Leverage, now that I think about it
Although I will point out something I noticed... is it just me, or does the battle animation lag just a bit...?

It's more that the bulky CGI can't move very dramatically. You'd think CGI would have come a long way since Beast Wars, but this sure hasn't.

I thought that....Seeing Prime run made me think he was going in slow motion, with long but slow strides. If he took quicker strides, he'd have been able to catch up with that train without having to transform. Who'd have thought a 20-odd ft tall robot would run slower than a massive truck?

Yeah. They look sleeker, but they still move with about as much finesse as Energon.

Not a bad episode, I kinda liked it
Starscream' comment to Knockout was funny about land vehicles (which by the way... did I hear a bit of Armada Red Alert in Knockout' voice?)
The animation in this one (the bots) seemed a bit better in this one too
Aaaand GO Bulkhead!

Yeah the animation movement is cheap and not very well thought out. When a person moves their hips compensate for the side-to-side movement a person makes when they run thus preventing them from falling over. These guys have no hips which is bad.

So, finally got around to watching 'Deus Ex Machina' this morning. A decent episode, and the introduction of 2 new Decepticons. I'm not quite sure about the red car's name, think Starscream said Lockdown. Then there was the Decepticon everyone knew about, Breakdown. This episode once again gives further proof that WFC and Prime are not the same continuity no matter how hard they try because Breakdown in WFC is, of course, a car as well as a smaller Decepticon. In this, he is a freaking armored 4x4 and more or less the Decepticon equivalent of Bulkhead. He is a large brute instead of a wisecracking speedster.
Starscream once again shined, and this is probably by far my favorite Starscream, up there with Animated Starscream. He is just evil and the way he killed that one Eradicon showed that off best. Personally I hope Megatron stays out of commission for as long as they can get away with it, because Starscream is the only Decepticon you need. I'm sure Megatron's resurrection will be a multiparter anyways, but whether that will happen in the middle of the season or at the end is still up in the air. I'd imagine it will come sooner than later. I couldn't see Frank welker coming on for the 5-parter at the beginning and another multiparter at the end of a season.

Watched the episode a few days back. Thought it was pretty cool. Not too bothered by the discrepancies between WFC and Prime. I thought Breakdown was awesome, though I could be biased because the voice actor (Adam Baldwin) played one of my favourite sci-fi characters (Jayne from Firefly).
Rather annoyed the next episode isn't aired in the US until April 8th. Mind you, the whole series isn't aired over here until, and I quote, "Summer 2011".

So Prime should be back next week after a hiatus? I'm afraid I missed every eppisode after the Wheeljack one, I'm so behind.

I don't think there were many after the Wheeljack episode.

So, yesterday the new episode ran for Prime. Nothing special, it was probably one of the most boring episodes of this series. It is good to see Knockout and Breakdown sticking around.

So, just got around to watching the most recent Prime episode, "Predatory", and it was pretty good. Another Arcee/Jack episode. The new Decepticon, Airachnid, is probably one of my favorites, and I hope she gets a figure in the Prime line coming later this year. Don't know why she isn't called Blackarachnia, Airachnid just doesn't sound female and doesn't quite make sense being she never flew or transformed into something that flies. Then, she doesn't, at least not right now on the surface, have any qualities that would relate her to such and iconic name as Blackarachnia but still, it would have fit a little better. We will see more of her for sure, being she escapes and is now stuck on Earth. Hope to see a justification for the name at some point.

Watched 'Sick Mind' yesterday. Was decent, and it looks like we will finally get more of Megatron. I see them already making Megatron a character that shows up for a multi-parter, then disappears again. I guess it will be to make him seem bigger and badder when he is around causing trouble, sort of like in animated.
Anyone else keeping up with Prime?
