I picked up Titans Return Sky Shadow the other week. Man, trying to buy TFs in the store here in the UK sucks. Sky Shadow has been out for about a year and a half, and everything has moved on to Power of the Primes, and I've only just seen Sky Shadow in the shops. I don't think I've bought anything in store here for years now, we never seem to get entire lines or even waves.
I finally picked up TFC:20 G1 Kup and Wheelie for a cheap sum, everyone tells me that both are bad toys but I've wanted them for ages so I find out when they arrive.

*TLJ SPOILERS*
I'm going to say I enjoyed TLJ but I am not a hardcore SW fan, so as a neutral I was pretty happy with it all. I did see it at the cinema, and the only WTF bit was the end floaty away segment which I don't think was necessary. Maybe there is a plan to follow up on this?
I quite like Darth Emo but only as much as I find him amusing, not like a big villain. I do like Rey, I think the actress is good and the character works for me.
Casino world sidequest though? Pftt!

Wow, how have you manage to avoid them all this long Hoisty!!! Iron Man 1 is fantastic.
My personal faves are the Thor movies, as Jazz says, Ragnarok is awesome!!!
To be fair I haven't seen either of the GOTG or Black Panther yet.

I saw the trailer for this today, and I am cautiously optimistic about the film. If Bay hasn't touched it much, even better!! (Though I do still enjoy the 2007 film)
I will probably go to the cinema, I didn't bother for the last two.

Unfotunatley not, I have one of the encore/re-issue ones. When I was deemed "Too old" for my toys they were all given away, probably to a playroom in a local hospital. In retrospect I wish I'd fought for them - all my TFs and star wars figures and a few vehicles, all my matchbox cars a couple of A-Team figures and my only Thundercat figure - Mumm-Ra, my lego, M.U.S.C.L.E. MEN - all of it. Too bad, at least they went to a good cause.
I have an encore Hoist too, it is a lovely figure with the tampo and the blue eyes.

I had seen this series on another TF forum, but I didn't know there was a Hoist one until just now! (Just finished watching!) They are well made and very informative. For anyone new, I've always associated myself with this bot as long as I've been online. As a kid in a single parent (Divorced) family, I mostly had minibots as a kid, oh and Twintwist later for a Christmas present. Hoist however was my first regular sized bot after the minibots however bought by my father, We were estranged growing up because of the divorce so naturally I was over the moon when he got me my first regular sized TF and I came to idolize that toy - sitting behing the couch applying the decals, playing with it, nothing to do with the character though. So when I finally got online in 2001 and started looking up TF communities it was the natural choice as a user name, with a play on it at a very old UK TF forum (Transfans) as "HoistKeeper". I never really thought about it at the time the name just formulated. Many years later I reasoned that maybe in the back of my head I was thinking (keeper of the Hoist)? Keeping that memory alive and those treasured times.
Do you still have your Hoist, Hoist?
My first TF was Brawn and I still have him, though he needs many repairs (Broken leg and claws)

Ha! Sweet moves, good to see all that special forces training wasn't wasted!!.... *picks up the couch from in front of Thundercat* .....but I don't think you've still got the metal to take on Brawn!! *Bicep curls the couch with one arm, and downs another bottle with the other*
Hang on!....... Hoist what is that fleshy furry thing? I didn't know you had a pet! *Drops the couch and prods Thundercat on the nose*

That's the spirit, just like the Auto-training camp back on the Cybertron, never did me any harm.
*Downs a couple of bottles*
I...mean..... tell me......ughh....urghzzz....fzzzzztt
*Head starts uncontrollably rotating 360 degrees*
You sound like Outback now. *Straightens himself up*
That kind of talk can get a bot into trouble!

Generations is my favourite ST film, mainly because it was the first I saw in the cinema and I was heavily into next gen as a kid when it came out. But I agree with Bomblast that First contact is the best TNG film, I do like the others, I don't think Nemesis is awful.
As for Discovery..... being kind, I mean the cinematography is mostly nice and it is a good series! Just not a good Star Trek series.
