Sidebars replaced for Splash Page
Whilst going around upgrading several banners too the current forum width (1280), I noticed - as nice as the side-bars were for displaying information both about the website and the Message Board, their look only retained the default skin colors. There is no way to have them match each skin, so much so - that they look very odd on certain skins.
As a result I've just reintroduced the splash page as I realized I can use them to display all the same information and they match each skin, there's still space to add into, so feel free to make suggestions if you have any. Some of the information has also been removed and displayed in the splash page, no sense having the same information twice.

Saturday 15th February 2014Minor Forum ChangesJust to let you know that the Total Carnage: BATTLE SIMM has been moved back onto the main index page of the forum, the forum itself has also had a clear-out of some of the old threads, moved to: Vault of Carnage. Saturday 22nd March 2014General Forum House keepingSo the other week I was getting a bit of delay when waiting for a page to load here - so I set the default skin background to a lower resolution in Photoshop. Again I have done this today (Now on "Medium" resolution), so if you get any lag with a page loading it's probably ProBoards not us. If you're not on the default skin and find it then please let me know as I can then think of lowering resolutions in any of those skins backgrounds. In other news, since ProBoards moved up to the V5 software it's been increasingly problematic to find a way to show the extra smilies we have. If there was a way I could link to the threads in the reply box, I would. Instead, over the last week - I have just made one ultimate list of the smilies as an announcement, so you simply have to open that thread (In every forum) in a new browser tab. Whilst making a brand new thread for it, it also gave me the chance to update some of those threads so they're not just long lists you have to scroll down the page at, and fix broken smiles UBB code errors due to my typos! Friday 26th September 2014Painting Plugin fixed.Quick one - the paint plugin to draw pictures has now been fixed. The plugin was downloaded ad - re-installed as was the yootil library tool needed to make it and some other plugins work, so you should see a paintbrush icon before the "S" spoilers icon to the right in the reply box, As usual any questions, suggestions or thoughts may be posted in this thread. Monday 06th October 2014Forum clean-up.Cybertron Central has been restored to how it previously was, an all-in-one forum, it was a gamble to try and change things up - get people involved - but it didn't pay off. Whilst reverting the forum, more old threads have been moved to The Core, the archived forum for old topics. Don't forget you can still discuss topics in there if you so wish, the're all open to replies. Anyway it means that the main Cybertron Central forum topics now only date back to January 2013, and seven pages in total. In addition, in preparation for Halloween, the default skin has been changed to our "Zombie" skin, so don't miss out on the spirit of this season! (Haha - ya see what I did there? Sunday 23rd November 201412 years of Roleplay!Today, is 12 years to the day today that we started roleplaying here at Total Transformers! So to celebrate, for one month we are holding a new (Albeit old idea) Freeplay forum for one month where you can just roleplay freely. The only rule is to make sure you use characters you've created in Vector Sigma, but in all it's a fun free-for-all so feel free to get stuck in! The forum will open today at 11am GMT. Wednesday 27thth May 2015AFTERMATH RETURNS! - MID JUNE/JULY 2015Did everyone enjoy the finale? That's right, after a failed attempt 5 years ago to do this, let's see who hungry for this? What is TTF's AFTERMATH?AFTERMATH is a freeplay roleplay fighting tournament throughout the year, imagine a mix of Transformers roleplay, the WWE wrestling and the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship). Throughout the year we'll have scheduled PPV style events with multiple matches, where you can win titles (Maybe awards - need to discuss this with el7) and championships! Form friendships, for alliances - form grudges... All matches are by the 5 deadly Quintesson judges, you'll still need to create a character in Vector Sigma and when approved post in the all-in-one profiles thread. Entrances who do not do this will not be able to participate in matches. For full details on AFTERMATH, please read the stickied threads in the AFTERMATH forum. Now available for all members. COMING SOONA new notification system coming to ProBoards - you will be able to have fine-grained control over what you're notified for, the ability to "subscribe to" or "bookmark" entire boards, be notified when new threads or posts have been made in them, or to subscribe to all boards to be notified when there is any posting activity on the forum whatsoever.
